My friends and I went to Shinya Shokudo today and has the best time ever! Crystal our server was absolutely amazing and was very sweet! We had a million questions and every single time she was willing to answer. Our food was always very on time and even when splitting up the check she dealt with our request with no issue! 10/10 would recommend!

Had the salmon tataki donburi and wagyu tataki donburi.

The salmon tataki donburi was as one would expected for a fair price.

Unfortunately, the wagyu tataki donburi did not impress. I was expecting a little bit of fat but what was delivered was quite lean.

The service was OK. Friendly enough and welcoming upon entering but not around when I was ready to pay the bill.

Our first time here was great! We didn’t know what to order so we got a variety. The best things were the beef skewers, udon, and rice balls. You order on your phone which may be tricky for some people but I liked how easy it was to order additional items. Servers were very nice. Only complaint was that chairs are a bit hard/uncomfortable and there was a wait for the bathroom. We will be back!
