I love this place and that they automatically serve tea with your meal. A great comfort Chinese food place on the east side. The veggie dishes, won ton soup, egg drop soup, and broccoli chicken were so good.

Excellent food with friendly service. My family has been going here for many years. The best Chinese food on the Eastside.

The customer service here was truly exceptional—everyone was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to expectations. Flavors were a bit underwhelming compared to other Sichuan spots I’ve tried. That said, the service alone made the visit pleasant, and I appreciate the effort from the staff.

I've been a patron of Sichuan Cuisine since year 2000. This place never disappoints.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant today. After finishing my meal, I assumed the tip was already included in the bill. As I was about to leave, the waiter aggressively confronted me in front of other customers, demanding to know why I hadn't left a tip — and practically forced me to write one in. That kind of behavior is unacceptable.

If tipping is mandatory, include it in the bill or clearly inform customers upfront. Don’t ambush them or create a scene. This is not how you treat paying guests — we’re here for a good experience, not to be pressured or humiliated.

Please train your staff to be more professional and respectful. A tip is earned, not demanded.

Very Bad Food Quality. All the dishes that we ordered were bland and full of chili flakes (we ordered no spicy). No taste at all!

We ordered special fried rice, egg drop soup, Sichuan boiled fish, and salt and pepper fish. Unfortunately, the food quality was quite disappointing. The flavors were lacking, and they added way too much chili flakes to everything, even though we had specifically asked for medium spicy. The overall customer experience was poor. We used to frequent this place regularly before the pandemic, and the food was decent then. I’m not sure what happened to this place since then, but I strongly recommend against going to this restaurant.

Great experience here the service is very nice. Atmos is also good. There are many people over here. We gave them a huge tip. The food is just awesome. They have the best Sichaun food. We loved how they gave us a lot of pea sprouts!

Ordered some food here for takeout, ordered pork fried rice, sesame chicken and eggs rolls. The fried rice was very good, and the sesame chicken was well made! I just wish it was more chicken than batter with some pieces but nonetheless it was good. The egg rolls were okay, I’ve had better but other than that, I enjoyed my meal!

Not bad, but not good. Low on the list when choosing a place to eat.

This was our second visit and the food was a bit bland. I don’t think I’d come again.

I have been a loyal customer of your restaurant for over ten years and have visited multiple times a week. Over time, I have unfortunately seen a decline in the quality of customer service. What used to be a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience has become frustrating and disappointing.

Recently, I brought my mother-in-law for dinner, expecting the same level of hospitality I was once used to. To my surprise, the service was extremely poor. We were not even offered water, and the staff was inattentive throughout the entire visit. When I went to pay the bill, the waiter, who wears round glasses and a Fear of God Essentials T-shirt, demanded a tip despite the complete lack of service. When I expressed my concern, I was rudely told not to come back again. I was completely disrespected and left shocked by the behavior I experienced.

This was not just an isolated incident. I have noticed similar issues during recent visits, and after checking online reviews, it appears that other customers have also had problems with this same waiter. As someone who has supported your business for over a decade, I feel compelled to speak up.

I strongly encourage the owner or management team to take a serious look at this situation. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional but unethical. Demanding tips without providing service and disrespecting loyal customers will ultimately drive people away. If this continues, the business is at real risk of losing its loyal customer base and possibly shutting down.

Please take this feedback seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that the service returns to the standard that made this restaurant successful in the first place

Really wanted to like this restaurant because it was somewhat close to other places I frequent but the food is terrible. Most dishes were totally bland, had lack of flavor, and unappetizing appearance. The prices were not cheap either, would not recommend.
