The service was extremely poor and disappointing. We had to ask for water five times, yet the owner/waiter repeatedly ignored us. This is especially frustrating as we are regular customers who always pay for both food and service. When we inquired about the reason for such treatment, he rudely responded, ”$2 tip, $2 service!” This experience has left us questioning whether we should ever return.

The food is not authentic. There is no other taste except chili noodles. See the picture.

Good food. Nice service. They don't split bills for large parties very well.

"I have repeatedly ordered chicken fried rice from this restaurant, but unfortunately, the quality has consistently fallen short of expectations. The rice lacks proper flavor, texture, and balance, leaving an unsatisfactory dining experience. I hope the restaurant addresses this issue to improve the quality of their dishes."

I ordered the Shrimp fried rice and it included 4 small pieces of shrimp. I would never waste my time or money at this restaurant,

Have been coming for my Chinese fix here for the past few years and grabbed dinner here last night.
Went for my usual fried rice, cumin lamb, and fried chicken. Tried the Ravioli Soup for the first time, and it was nice.
Lamb was so nicely cooked, we took Feid chicken to go, and it was not that great. Maybe it would have been better right off of the pan!
Service and food come fast.

Great place to go with a group to share a few plates. I would not recommend everyone getting their own entree, instead get one less then the full group and maybe an appetizer.

In case you didn't know, this restaurant has been around for quite some time (at least 20+ years).
Food [5 star]: Tasty, authentic and wide range of dishes + generous portions + very reasonable prices. It's one of the few Seattle area restaurants in our list as places to go for high quality food with low (affordable) price.
Service [5 star]: The waiters and waitresses are nice, attentive and considerate. They don't hover too much and the speed of food / cooking is amazing.
Atmosphere [5 star]: This is a newer location since their original place (not far from here) was remodeled / demolished. It's simple, open and clean.
Will we be back? Absolutely

Server ran after us to the parking spot to ask for tips, looks like they are highly underpaid and frustrated to work here.

Server with glasses BEGS for tips and asks customers to not come back if you don’t give tips. Utterly frustrating experience.

I always loved this restaurant so much. And now that I’ve lived away from Seattle for six years, and tried so many more sichuanese restaurants, and lived in sichuan a year. This place still looks large in my memory. Their food is so good. Their variety and tweaks to the recipes are so good. I miss it every day. 老四川ily

I really wanted to like this food. I saw the photos and when I got the food. It looked just like the photo. My fiance and I were so excited to try it when we got home. And we took our first bit... and waited. And then took another bite, hoping to get some real zest of flavor from the mangolian beef. But it was so bland. It had all the ingredients, and it was cooked all the way through. Not too dry and not drowning in sauce. But it was just so bland. I got the Chili fried chicken was next on my list. It also looked like the photo. Even smelled good. But when I bit into it I was very disappointed. I was hoping for some seasoned chicken with a kick. But literally no flavor or even spice. I was in awe. It was crispy and covered in peppers. But nothing. My girl got the curry chicken, and she said it was bland and the veggies were undercooked. Not even even salt could have saved these plates. Honest 3 star.
