If you love great pizza, The Spark is a must-visit. The dough is simply out of this world—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Spark pizza is a Seattle institution at this point.
Everyday I’m Trufflin’ was my favorite pizza, which says a lot coming from someone who's generally not a fan of either potatoes or veg pizzas.
My only complaint is that the non-sausage meat toppings on some of the pizzas were noticeably sparse. We ordered the Lamb! Bam! Thank You Ma'am! and La Catrina, and both had very little minced lamb and skirt steak.

The pizza were nice - best in the US not sure but they were pricey
We had 2 simple pizzas a salad and a soft drink and it was $70 USD plus the tax and tip your running at about $90 USD for a quick pizza meal which to me feels expensive
Staff were friendly
