“We arrived around 5pm on a Friday night. Wasn't busy at all and I asked the server why it was so quiet. We were told that it'll start picking up later and by 5:30pm there was quite the crowd and the noise level was approaching bar/tavern levels. Not annoying, but since this place is kid friendly, if you want a family outing, go early. Otherwise, any kids with sensory sensitivity are going to be uncomfortable or you'll just not be able to have casual conversation. If you're out with your friends after work, then this place is perfect for you and your crew.

They have their own beers but also have beers from other local. We got a flight of 6 beers and really liked about half of them and the other half were just okay. Definitely worth trying a flight to see what suits your tastes before ordering a pint.

The loaded tots are fantastic. Great presentation. With the bacon and green onion, it combines to make a great flavor. I highly recommend this app before jumping into an entree.

The shepherds pie is a standard shepherds pie on a crust. Not bad, but don't expect anything unique.

The burgandy beef pie is good but a little bland for the filling. My suggestion would be to add Worcestershire sauce and garlic to the filling to bring out the flavor. The crust was good and had a buttery flavoring in it.

Outdoor patio is nice but small. If you want to bring Fido, then you're welcome to but out on the patio. Kid/Family friendly but I recommend going before 5pm or the noise levels get a little high. ADA friendly as there is plenty of space between tables for those with a walker or in wheelchairs.

“Malarkey's is a great place to hang out. The food is good and the staff are excellent. The cuisine isn't going to knock your socks off, but the people going here are looking for a place to have a good time talking, watching the game, or playing bar games. If you don't have much cash but want a good atmosphere check this place out! Tip your waitresses!“

“Great happy hour and best spot around to watch sports with way more TVs and projectors than anywhere! One of the only bars you can actually hear the game, not some random music. Wings are good but not worth $16 for 8 🥴 fries were best bar fries we've had in a long time as they cut them in house. Only one pool table but we've never seen a line during game times. Overall our favorite place around for game day!
If you run cold wear a coat, have been 3 times this winter and every time everyone around us (especially female) had their coats on still. Not freezing, just cold enough to not wear a T-shirt

But even when we weren’t her table, she would still come by clear things off our table help us with silverware or drinks or whatever was needed, VOLUNTARILY! “I've been coming to this location for a while now. I like to frequent restaurants where the staff is not only welcoming but also GENUENLY friendly, that is this place. The Manager Michael calls me by name as he does his best to get in touch with the customers and always makes sure you are well taken care of. He has brought my food a few times, always with an smile. The other Managers, Marisol and Dave, also do a great job. Always looking around and coming to you to see if you have everything you need or just to say hi, super friendly both of them as they also do their best to delegate their staff, it can easily be observed that they dive in their roles. The service staff is also GREAT ! they are all so friendly and welcoming. Elda, one of the bartenders, is very attentive and always makes sure you are liking your drinks, always happy and smiling even thou she is under constant pressure. Erica, Monica, Segundo and the rest of the staff that i dont know their names yet do a GREAT TEAM WORk, always happy alwasy attentive and always on top of their game. Overall, this applebees is one of the best ive tried. and ive been to alsmost all of them in the state of Washington. I would also lke to mention the Grill Cook with long hair, If you see him around, ORDER RIB EYE, he really know how to get it done right, dont know his name but i know he cooked my Rib Eye cuz i asked my server and he happend to be walking bay at that time. super cool dude.

We drive up there for dinner and music or a history talk. The menu is great! We had the roasted Brussels, salmon pasta and a wonderful cobbler for dessert.
