“I love the amazing staff and the food and drinks are very good. I don’t drink beer so their enormous tap list is lost on me, but they have enough wine and cocktails to compensate. We had the margherita pizza and filet mignon and both were wonderful. The pizza was made fresh to order, in the Italian style complete with dough handling (read: spinning it up in the air). This was our first visit, but we will absolutely be back.“

“I was here Saturday night with my husband and sister. Seems like the place is picking up again. The food menu is simple but sufficient. Zeb was lovely and got our drinks out quickly even though she was working alone. My husband and sister don't speak English well so we really appreciated that she took the time to suggest drink options in Spanish. Definitely will be coming back often!“

“Great local bar with Hawaiian flare to food and atmosphere. Not a lot of seating for such a great place. Seats are wood, so do ask for a cushion to help. Food was great bar food, decent selection, friendly and attentive staff too. Good drink selection and lots of canned drinks you don't see when you walk in. Lot's of TV's to watch games on.“

“I absolutely love this bar! Razzals in Lake Stevens was my go to for all the time fun, games, and especially the staff! I’ve moved away so I do not frequent it much, but I stopped in the other day and the atmosphere is still the same, the staff is a bit different as in “not the same people working there *it’s been over 7 years*” Still love this place nonetheless! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone that’s ready to hang out in a fun oriented atmosphere surrounded by good people and great times!“

“The service was really great from Marisol, Em, Larissa and Elda and the team. The drinks and food were delivered promptly to ensure that our food was hot and delivered to ensure customer satisfaction. They all rallied together to make sure that a family’s friend had a memorable time.“

“This is the best place for late night. Open till midnight Fridays and Saturdays, it was the obvious choice for drinks and dessert. It's suprisingly quiet in the dinning room amid the busy casino. Service is always excellent. Food and drinks, first class. You need to ask for their dessert menu. I recommend the cheesecake.“

“I am not usually one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience and defend the staff here.
My husband and I came in yesterday to watch the USA game. The servers were doing a great job handling what was clearly a busy environment. Unfortunately, I witnessed what appeared to be an owner publicly berating staff and abusing their authority. One server, in particular, went from being happy, friendly, and attentive to visibly upset after the interaction.
A short time later, a woman who we later learned was the General Manager arrived. The difference in leadership was immediately noticeable. She stepped in, brought calmness and professionalism to the situation, and helped redirect the focus back to the customers and staff. It was clear that the team responded positively to her approach, while the owner returned to socializing with friends.
I want to commend the female staff members and the General Manager for maintaining their professionalism under what appeared to be a very difficult and toxic management situation. They handled themselves with grace and continued providing excellent service despite the circumstances.
The staff deserve recognition for their hard work and resilience.“

“This is THE best Applebee’s you can go to in the state. Vibes are 10 and everyone makes you feel comfortable and respected. Would recommend. Oh and they have a cool leprechaun that greets you never have I seen that it puts a fun twist to the atmosphere.“

“Manager Morgan was spot on with service! She made sure to check in with how our table was doing and was very fun to chat with! Our server Mathias was also on TOP of things. “Nice little sports bar with a great food menu. It features a huge bar area with multiple big screens showing various sports. The food was very good and offered at a fair price. Seating is a bit limited, but they have outdoor dining in a breezeway, so you do have some options. The staff is friendly and our party of 5 for Mothers Day brunch enjoyed the visit.“

“We go to this place for birthday; have for years. Last time we had a guy,first he gave my son a gift card and the rest of the children Benny baby's. I tried to pay for his food. He did one better. He paid for my entire familys food. There was 6 of us at the table. I am thinking there are alot of great people still left in the world. The staff is always great and they recognize us every time. “I have to say, of everybody that tends at this bar Nicole stands out in a way that can’t be ignored. She is consistent and extremely hard working. Each and every time I come up she is ready to go with a pleasant smile on her face. She does it all. There is a few tenders here that talk smack about people I know and are less than ready to do their job. Nicole truly stands out. She deserves a raise and Bert’s tavern truly does not know the talents that have acquired. BRAVO.“
