“Trust me when I say I was NOT expecting to write this review about Applebee’s, but here we are. 😂
Hands down the best meal and cocktail I’ve had in the last year. Not “good for Applebee’s.” Genuinely fantastic. Everything was delicious, the cocktail was perfection, and the service at the Bellevue location made the whole experience even better.
Apparently I’ve been sleeping on Applebee’s, and I would formally like to apologize. 😂 10/10 THANK YOU!!“

“Came here for happy hour with a few friends and had a good time. The place has a lot going on: pub food, table games, mini putt, and a golf simulator, so there's plenty to keep you busy beyond just eating and drinking. The drinks were good and the pricing is about what you'd expect for Bellevue. Food is standard pub fare but goes well with the atmosphere. Good spot to catch up with people or just unwind after work. I'd come back.“

“I always enjoy coming to Applebee’s in Factoria, there is good food, service and atmosphere. And I specially want to say that Kimberly is the greatest Server/Bartender. Kimberly is always working hard consistently and is always helping others when needed as well, She is attentive, She always checks in if you need anything and always gives great service with a smile that brightens up the restaurant and day. Applebee’s in Factoria is the best because Kimberly works there.

“I am not usually one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience and defend the staff here.
My husband and I came in yesterday to watch the USA game. The servers were doing a great job handling what was clearly a busy environment. Unfortunately, I witnessed what appeared to be an owner publicly berating staff and abusing their authority. One server, in particular, went from being happy, friendly, and attentive to visibly upset after the interaction.
A short time later, a woman who we later learned was the General Manager arrived. The difference in leadership was immediately noticeable. She stepped in, brought calmness and professionalism to the situation, and helped redirect the focus back to the customers and staff. It was clear that the team responded positively to her approach, while the owner returned to socializing with friends.
I want to commend the female staff members and the General Manager for maintaining their professionalism under what appeared to be a very difficult and toxic management situation. They handled themselves with grace and continued providing excellent service despite the circumstances.
The staff deserve recognition for their hard work and resilience.“

“We sat outside and it was lovely. Beautiful setting. The chairs and tables could be upgraded. They were metal and the seats here hard. No cushions. We didn't have a waitress and sat for awhile and had to ask for water and finally a sweet gal said she would take care of us as our waitress was too busy. Food was ok. Brussel sprouts excellent. My salmon was undercooked and barely warm in the middle. They recooked but by the time I got it everyone was done. Dessert was amazing. Overall it was ok - atmosphere lovely but service and food was just good.“
