Girls working at 1:20pm august 1st were very very rude. One literally just rolled her eyes and looked me up and down. I get my drink isn’t the best to make but it not hard and I don’t deserve to be looked at rudely. Also my matcha was bland.

My pit stop for snack and coffee when traveling between Portland and Redmond. All the baristas are very friendly and nice.

Depending on who you are, this Starbucks is either awesome or really weird, I think. I'm happy for all the regulars, since they and the staff get along with each other so well. But to me, it is a bit disruptive when the staff and the customers yell across the room to talk to each other. This location is also suuuuper small, so everyone can hear everyone else's conversation; and the customers here also seem to be pretty chatty, so it's just not a great location to quietly study, if that's your goal. There is an outside, but it's not an option if you need a charge for a laptop battery. It was nice when a staff member complimented my appearance once, but it was also distracting when later she was talking to the other associates loudly about issues going on in the back. It's also pretty dark, and it's overall not a very inviting atmosphere--the chairs are always scattered about inside and outside, and something about it just feels dirty. Overall, it just sort of feels bad to be here, I can't really pinpoint exactly why.

For most people in or from big cities Starbucks is a around the conner coffee shop. Most of the time people may not notice the finer points of a particular location. Even though each location may have it own character and individuality, it invariably goes unnoticed because of a uniformity that these big corporates brings to its branding.
But there is 1 thing that no branding can accomplish, that’s the good and hard-working people working there. They make a particular Starbucks different from the other. The Redmond Starbucks is one such place. The warm people working there makes it special. They give a human, friendly and welcoming touch that most big chains miss.
A special shoutout to the elderly lady working at Redmond Starbucks. She was kind and loving. It was as if she was our grandma and we were her favorite grandchildren. She was so happy to see us.
Everyone passing by Redmond, do stop by for a coffee. If a tourist like me found it homely, then I am sure others would find it too.

Constructively speaking, the Starbucks location has some of the most unkind staff to customer experiences I have ever been apart of.
5 Stars for atmosphere and parking, food items are up to par with all Starbucks stores, drinks are unfortunately 1-3 three stars depending on staff. (And I think are typically due to a simple lack of communication/ understanding.)
As customers, we understand that there are off days/bad days/new staff learning days for everyone, but that is not an excuse to belittle or create experiences with your customer that makes them feel stupid, or unappreciated.
I hope someone on site sees this review, and takes it to the team, in hopes of more training/brainstorming better approaches to the experiences customers have here.
I would also like to include that this review is not reflective of the barista that does take orders at the cash register who has darker hair,(as she was extremely kind and good at her job)

Quick stop for a coffee and strawberry shake. Always the same taste because it's Starbucks after all.

I am a frequent patron of this Starbucks. This store has become a vital part of my daily routine, greeting me with warm smiles and a heartfelt “good morning.” The morning staff consistently provide a personalized service, making each visit a unique and delightful experience.
Despite having several other coffee options, I prefer to drive farther to this specific Starbucks store for its very special, exceptional atmosphere.
The team's camaraderie significantly enhances the store's ambiance, turning my routine coffee visits into an enriching experience of community and connection.
This Starbucks is more than just a coffee place; it's where I, and I’m certain my neighbors, feel special and appreciated. The sense of community and, of course, the perfectly brewed coffee that this "A-team" provides greatly enhance my mornings.

The baristas at this location seem to be allergic to shaking drinks that should be shaken. Got 4 drinks and 3 out of the 4 weren't shaken and the 1 other had the syrup settled at the bottom because they didn't swirl it in with the espresso. Do you guys not have shakers there??
My avocado spread was expired!! definitely a BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
