I had a bad experience since I ordered online because I'm going to my work I just need to pick up my order if they were ready but something so simple was missing I told a worker she took my drink and according to me she was going to give it to me at that time but she didn't start attending to other people and left my drink there I waited a long time but I had to withdraw without my drink since I needed to get to my work, and I understand that they are busy but they should solve the problems of the people who arrived first.

Staff and store manager named Melissa is rude and judgmental.served me with a discriminated and disgusted face. I don’t know how can a person with such unprofessional behavior can lead a good role and manage the store. Worse Starbucks experience ever.

The staff are the BEST! They always greet me by name, with a warm smile, and with genuine curiosity to know me as a person. I love talking to them and getting to know them too. I've known Arlene, Siobhan and Emma forever and they are a special part of my life.
I work nearby and come in here whenever I'm having a tough day. I always leave happy and refreshed from the people who work here and the positive energy they give.
I also want to give a shout out to Arlene, who is an incredibly inspiring manager. She models *excellent* relationship-building to her staff, both in how she treats them and how they see her treat all the customers. I am a manager too, and have learned a lot of valuable lessons by watching how she works.
