Almost takes 12-15 mins for my coffee order here. Very slow service for even less/mild crowd (3-5 people in queue). Extremely poor staff management - there are 5 people working and only one making coffee, while others waiting for bakery item to heat up.

Employees are often rude. One employee has hair like a shaggy dog. Does not keep it tied back, wear a hat, or any or restraintsIF you are serving food that is uncovered you need to have some kind of hair restraints. He was continuously putting his handsin his hair, shaking his head. Disgusting representation of a public place where people buy coffe and food. Will report to health department. Walked in here and walked out due to this individual. Will not come back until fixed.
