Literally just got my drive-through order 40 minutes ago. Came to work and it's not even my order! Order#196 Restaurant#031340 while placing my order the guy kept upselling me on double beef or cheese. I just wish they got my order right instead of being disappointed and only eating the fiesta potatoes. ONE STAR! STOP TRYING TO UPSELL AND JUST GET THE ORDER RIGHT!

It’s Taco Bell. They have become much more veg friendly, offering more bean options. Order soft tacos and substitute in beans for meat. It gets the job done if you need to feed someone on the go.

Vegetarian options: Substitute beans for meat on most items…not all. Skip the pizza…it’s gross.

Understaffed and overworked staff. Owners replacing workers with kiosks.

One of the last true American restaurants. A melting pot of class and flavor.

Don't order extra meat at this location because they don't pay attention to your customizations. This happens to me literally every time. My quesadilla tonight is actually missing meat entirely in one of the large slices. Lol.

This location at 1960 148th Avenue NE, Redmond, Wa 98052 has so much potential—it’s in a great spot, and the staff is always friendly. But when it comes to order accuracy, it’s a complete letdown every single time. What’s even more frustrating is that we never receive a receipt with our order, making it nearly impossible to follow up on missing items or even report issues. And we have been returning customers for going on two years.

At first, we tried to brush it off. Mistakes happen, and having worked in the fast food industry myself, I understand that things can get hectic. But after multiple visits with the same exact experience, it no longer feels like an accident—it feels like a pattern. A pattern that conveniently makes it harder for customers to hold this location accountable.

Today was the tipping point. I finally asked my husband to go back and request the receipt for order number #452 just so we could confirm what we were charged for—only to find yet again that items were missing. I truly don’t want to believe this is intentional, but at this point, it’s just too consistent to ignore.

This needs to be addressed. Customers deserve better.

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell of all time. Placed an online order gave extra time and still took them 35 mins from the time of order.

I order extra meat and fillings all the time and they NEVER put extra in it. I spent $7 for a $4 burrito only to be disappointed. Why do I see people online get extra fillings and they are huge yet when I order the same thing from any taco bell in wa it's not the same. So frustrating. That's on top of you inflating the prices for your meat and bean products that come freeze dried. You littrrally add hot water and heat it up. Then charge an arm and a leg for a product that is always inconsistant and not what you order. Anyway. Please pay your employees what they deserve so your products are consistant and what we pay for. Thanks.

The manager on-site, Zenaida, truly deserves praise and a raise. She goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience at the store. It’s refreshing to see someone with such a strong sense of urgency and responsibility, especially in a fast-food restaurant like Taco Bell. I hope upper management recognizes her hard work and dedication.
