I specifically told them I was allergic to avocado and requested no guacamole or avocado in my burrito. They acknowledged my allergy, but it was still included in my order. Thankfully, I noticed it before taking a bite and was able to avoid a severe reaction, I only needed to take Benedryl instead of using my EpiPen. This was really scary and could have been much worse. Please be very careful if you have food allergies.

They changed the ranch recipe and the beef didn't taste the same either.. Totally bummed out... But wonderful service!!!

Typically, food comes out cold and order is missing items. Tried telling the employee working but all she said was “sorry”. She didn’t try to make my order right. Most employees here at this location are rude and don’t care about the order. Did also reach out to Taco Time headquarters but nobody ever reaches out. Completely disrespectful and disappointing all around. Taco Time is stealing your money. Go somewhere else. -update After someone messaged me to provide my info for a rep to reach out, no one has bother to contact me. Just goes to show Taco Time doesn’t care about their customers.

When your fast food meals costs nearly $20 per person (after tax), it sets some extremely high expectations. This just basic American-Mexican food and I'm not sure why anyone would come back. You get better flavor for cheaper price at the Chipotle less than a mile away, and you get a more authentic Mexican experience just as fast with way more variety for about the same price at Taqueria El Gallo which is just up the street a few blocks.
I paid $40 for two combo meals! I coulda taken my wife out to tipsy cow for a real sit down date at those prices! And to top it off they forgot my hot sauces, so I am paying a premium cost for not even the most basic of services.

I have had Taco time multiple times. It is always filling and the price is reasonable, though it has crept up a bit in recent times . There is a good variety in the enchilada platters and my kids like the tortilla chips and tater fries. If you are in Redmond , stop by here for a quick, filling meal!

Great service. Very good chicken salad - plenty of chicken. Love their tacos and burritos. And, of course, their hot sauce. Will go again. Relaxing dinner.

Already walking to the restaurant and not that far away? Put in a mobile order and there's a good chance your bag will somehow be waiting for you by 3-5 minutes later.

Never had taco time before. My friend said there meat was great. It's no different than Taco Bell but 10 times more expensive. Don't waste your money here. 0/10. 0 stars if I could. It's literally a low quality ground beef burrito for 15 bucks.

Stopped here for a quick drive-through order for lunch on our way home. Service was very good, and the guy at the window was friendly. Food was made quickly and to order, everything was right. Burritos were well filled and tasty! Tater tots were large and tasty!
