Great boba but new staff is very inexperienced. Waited 10 minutes to place order and then the new staff member couldnt take my order correctly. Then they ended up making it incorrectly. Had to remake the order. Took almost 30 minutes to get my drinks!

Went to the store at 10:30 PM and was told the kitchen was closed and no longer served food. They close at 11 PM. Wasted 20 minutes driving.

Really bad experience. I went with my girlfriend and she ordered the chicken katsu. When it came, on the side of the plate was a hair! My girlfriend said not to return it, she doesn't like returning food. Each time we flipped a chicken katsu there was another hair! I had to return it. At least 5 hairs hidden in the food. No hair nets were used in the food prep. Really don't recommend eating here.

Today it’s 91 degrees in Bellevue. It’s Hot day, but I really want some boba. It’s hot inside, and the atmosphere of the store feels old and sticky. The employee seemed to have a dry mouth. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. Owner needs to improve her customer service.
I had their taro milk tea with mango jelly, and they really didn't skimp on the jelly! It was in a cute star shape and they actually were quite generous, so 5/5 stars from me. This as on 8/9/25 at the Taiwanese Night Market on Pier 58 by the waterfront in Seattle.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered 5 drinks waited 30 mins only to leave without the drink. Poor customer service and poor response. For 10 minutes they kept saying they have to clean the juicer to do orange juice - running a business with just one blender and one juicer seems ridiculous.
