Fantastic happy hour! Two tacos for $7! The Romain salad has a lot of extras in it and is also only $7 during happy hour. Excellent assortment of margaritas and off menu cocktails as well.
Nancy G. at Matador in Redmond was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made our experience better. Great service can completely change a meal, and Nancy went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of, like we were old friends. She was friendly, thoughtful, and just an all-around great server.

Had a really good experience at Matador! The food was delicious, and we enjoyed pretty much everything we ordered. The enchiladas were flavorful and satisfying, and the quesadilla was really good as well. One thing that surprisingly stood out was the fries — they were extremely good, perfectly crispy, and definitely worth ordering.
