Horrible bartender, I walk in she looks at me, turns her back to continue speaking to her co-worker, eventually walks over to me, no smile doesnt say anything, I place my order...i was going to have lunch but given her attitude, just had a beer and left.

In Redmond a Brit bakery, food store, pub & Cafe. Always take a cooler to fill up on my trips to the west side from Spokane

We decided to give this establishment a try and were sadly disappointed with the customer service. After being seated on the patio, the waiter approached and loudly informed us we would not be served until our parked car was moved. He said it was parked on a white line. Even after we explained it was an end cap and we were only taking up 1 spot, he merely walked away without serving us. I suggest the staff should be more concerned with customer service instead of the Redmond Ridge strip mall parking lot.

a truly classic and authentic British pub. extensive bar. food was delicious and very authentic, with majority being traditional British dishes cooked to perfection. Guinness and fish and chips were outstanding.

The chicken wings were literally cold on the inside meat near the bone. The cheese curds couldn’t have been more bland and not crunchy / fried texture. Absolute horrible food.

Probably the only British place in the region and oh boy the place is British. You can totally feel the vibe and ambience. Really cool spot to hangout. I was too full to try their Fish and Chips - well what can you even try otherwise if you are in a English restaurant. But definitely took some beer and it was a good time hanging out here. The onion rings were great but the English dessert was terrible. Absolutely hated the custard and bread dessert. Not good.

What stood out for me was the ambience - I am coming back here for Fish and Chips soon.
