The donuts are good but you will betting on chance for service. My wife often go to this place buying donuts on weekend mornings but this morning she came back angry. It turned out she encountered this shop keeper this morning who just ignored her when she came in. After a quiet wait, my wife asked her for four donuts. With a cold face, she literally threw the four donuts into the box, with the maple bar facing down to box, and the chocolate donut on top of another. My wife has to open the box and rearrange it right on spot. Not a big deal you would say, but being treated this way to start Saturday morning is just frustrating.

The whole reason I ordered Top Pot doughnuts was for the plain apple cider donut. I placed my order last night to make sure I wasn’t driving 20 minutes each way for no reason. When I got there, my order was not ready. Rather than putting together orders that came in the overnight together before the store opened, ya know because they were already paid for, they waited and got busy. By the time their rush was over, it was a little past the time I had put in for my order pick up so they just assumed I was not coming at all and still didn't put together my order. When I got there, within a half hour of the pick up time, they didn't have any plain apple cider donuts left. They were not apologetic at all and basically insinuated it was my fault for not being there exactly during the pick up time. They offered me other donuts I didn't want or said I could contact DoorDash for a refund. Great, thanks for wasting 40 minutes of my time and gas.

No sound system, No heat, no customer service. Working in the food industry for 10 years seeing this structure behavior was a pity. It was 48 degrees but you'll still need your coat inside.
The girls working counter seemed nice but kept arguing and having communication issues. The music sounded like it was playing from a phone and the atmosphere was sad, frustrated and scanty except for your sweet delightful donuts. The only conversation with customers was what was required to complete the purchase.
All of this seems a result of poor management and an unmotivated owner.
My family will not be coming to this location anymore and I do hope to hear the situation changes soon, as the location is closer but the service at others further away is superior.

Sadly, something seems to be going on with Top Pot, at least the Redmond location. Twice recently, we have stopped for doughnuts and coffee while out riding. The first of these two visits, I chalked it up to it being a Friday at 1:00 for why they were wiped out of doughnuts. Today (Thursday) we were there at 9:00 and they were out of doughnuts. How can a doughnut shop be completely out of doughnuts two hours after opening? A bunch of us cyclists have been patronizing Top Pot for years, but sadly, I think those days are over.

The doughnuts are great. Way better than almost any other place. But… they don’t take cash. F-

Good spot for a doughnut and coffee. Nice indoor seating and on the edge of a very walkable part of Redmond including a park. Good not dairy options for coffee but none for gluten free or dairy free for the doughnuts

Do early in the day for the best choice of doughnuts as they sell out

Five stars a couple years ago but this location is trending downwards. Quality of pastries are meh, employees are not the greatest to have a conversation with and while the inside is clean with plenty of room for seating; the employees kill the vibe. Make sure you bring a physical credit card because they do not accept digital payments or cash.

Every donut we had was stale and we picked up at around 9:30am.

TL;DR: dense donuts.

Parking: street side.

Atmosphere: cafe-like setting with loud coffee noises.

Menu: on the wall.

Service: order and pay at the front, your drink order will be announced when ready for pick up.

Donuts: limited selection towards the end of the day but they do still taste fresh and not stale. The donuts are denser than some other places (almost cake-like) and all have the same base texture/flavor aside from the frosting/seasonings/fillings in them.

Donut Holes: a nice little assortment of different flavors. I appreciated this "tapas" version as opposed to committing to a dense donut that was just one flavor. My palate likes variety. Nothing really wowed me flavor-wise and I didn't think anything was overly unique. I did appreciate the denseness of the donut though.

I was surprised at how small the donut case was at the register. It was my first time visiting this place and I thought there would be a larger case for a donut shop. I also visited toward the end of the day so the case was practically empty. I presume they just restock the small case as needed until their supply runs out.

They do yeasted doughnuts now and some breakfast pastries. They throw the breakfast pastries on a panini grill which is a bit weird. But the flavor is good. The yeasted doughnuts are more dense than you generally get at other places.

Corner shop with lots of inside seating and bar window seating if you’re meeting a friend.Donuts were large and good bang for your buck! We went to park get together and bought the “Office Hero” combo which is drip coffee that is equivalent to 12 cups of 8oz. They can give cups, creamer and sugar. This also includes a dozen donuts you can choose from! What a good deal.

Parking: Get Validation in building parking lot for retail customers. Behind the building you can park parallel and walk 5 minutes on a pedestrian path

It’s 9:05am on a Monday morning. They are closed. The sign on the door says Hours of Operation 7am-3pm Everyday.

this location doesn't actually have a kitchen that I can see? So they get the donuts brought in? The floors are sticky and crumbs and sprinkles everywhere. They were playing some house/trap music and half the lights were turned off. Reminds me of early 2000s club except less people passed out.

Went in about 1 pm, store hours say 3 pm. Store out of donuts... Yet again. They should change their hours, if they are going to be out of donuts

Seating would be nice like in Bellevue. These are the best donuts around, but I one was a bit wonky last time, maybe because they were understaffed on the holiday. Raspberry donuts seem to be a speciality but everyone loved the Bavarian cream.
