The hours are never correct, I’ve come here multiple times an hour after they said they’d open and they’re not
Great tea, but they have no idea how to run a business. They’re perpetually out of their top drink, and the inside has all the atmosphere of a storage closet.
I made the mistake of walking in without look at the reviews. The place is filthy firty. Walked up to the counter and put my order in on the dirty display. The girl behind the counter was watching a show on her phone or tablet didn't even look up. Once my receipt printed she got up and threw my tea together and put it on the counter and sat back down to her show. No hello no smile no good bye. Not a word! Lol the passion fruit green tea was okay but I have had better
They simply don’t care about the business or the customers, it’s a shame they still keep running and ruining the brand. The worker does not want to talk at all, only look at the phone. Door is closed and drinks are sold out most of the time
Management has some problems. Came on a Monday during their posted open hours and the place was closed, dark, and locked. Then a few weeks later came on a Sunday at 3pm and it was unlocked with no one working in the store. Waited a while for an employee to appear from somewhere outside the store. If they’re on break then you should really get a back in X minutes sign and have them lock up. Happy to remove the review if the feedback is received.
Yifang signature fruit tea. I gave 3 stars because it doesn’t taste real fruit. And i ordered 50% sugar but its like 110% ;-;
My first time here and it will be my last. Ordered Super Trio Milk. The menu says it is $5.75. When I looked at my receipt, it was $7 and $0.50 for milk. I told the barista I can't have real milk. When she took my order, she didn't ask if I wanted real milk. There was no other customer in the shop but yet she wasn't happy to re make the drink. She didn't refund the $0.50. When I asked the price on the menu is not what they charge, she said they raised the price a few days ago. Terrible attitude. I would not recommend this place if you wanted to see someone who is happy to serve your order
This place was good for a couple of years after it opened. Now it’s just bad. Inside is dirty and filled with boxes. Tea is mediocre or tastes bad. Just go to Meetea until this location improves.
What happened to this place? It was never really a place to sit down, but now I don't even really want to go back. Just gross. I'm sure the health department would have something to say about it.
I went with my boyfriend and got a taro smoothie. I work at a boba place myself so I understand how these things taste and how sugar affects it. I'm a person who likes less sweet desserts so l ordered 50%. When i got the drink there was a hair on it which was really odd and I decided to ignore. Then when I started drinking, it was terrible. I'm not sure if the taro went bad or the milk but it was sour. It was definitely made with rotten ingredients. I decided to go back, inform them of this, and get a refund. When I explained it was sour, one of the two girls working told me it was probably because I didn't put enough sugar in it and asked if I wanted her to add more. I told her no and that it tastes sour. I've had a taro smoothie before with this amount of sugar and it is NOT supposed to taste sour. I asked her to check the date on the milk or review the ingredients used as they may be rotten. She ignored me and chose to not even check. I then asked for a refund and she said she couldn't give it to me but I could choose another drink from the menu. I politely declined as I did NOT want another spoiled drink. I asked why a refund wasn't possible and explained she could just void the order and recharge for the drink my boyfriend got. It was a confusing and stressful situation. The other girl working knew how to issue a refund and gave us one.
OVERALL, this was a terrible experience. They were very rude about the drink and decided I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about without even addressing my concerns over their ingredients. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will NOT be returning. I suggest everyone goes to MEETEA CAFE instead, a boba place 2 mins from this one.

The place already goes bankrupt (unsurprisingly). It's 12:15pm on a Monday, store closed
The ginger juice powder balls hit the breasts, and the boba was gone. But I changed it to purple rice without informing... Not everyone likes purple rice...
It used to be good but I bought the tea with cream cheese on top and it taste spoiled, when I shake the cream with the drink, it’s very weird and clumpy. Very disappointed.
The classic milk tea is watery with barely any tea flavors. The boba balls are overcooked and not chewy at all.
The ingredients boxes are everywhere on the floor.
