It used be a 3 star ishBut this time they served me tea without properly dissolving the powder. It tasted awful and was really unpleasant to drink.You can see the undissolved tea particles next to the boba

I've gone to other YiFang locations many times and I usually ask for "less boba" and for some reason whenever I ask for less boba at this location they either seem confused or say we can't do that because we pre-make the boba with the brown sugar. I've explained that I'm not asking for the boba to be less sweet... I'm asking for LESS boba (volume). For example, if you normally put 2 scoops, I'm asking for only 1 scoop. I've NEVER had any push back or issues at other locations but every single time I've gone to the Redmond location they say they can't do it or they say they'll "try." Because of that half my cup is boba and is too sweet. I'm done going to this location.

I am not quite sure I would return here ever again. It was my first and most disappointing experience. The Yi Fang I tried in San Francisco was wonderful! I may have had high expectations as the Mango Pomelos Sago drink was incredibly watered down...as previous reviews indicated about the drinks here. Chunks of Pomelo were rock hard frozen when sipping through the straw. I am not sure what's going on here, but everything about the drink was unacceptable and I'm disappointed I came here.
The customer service is below average: I ordered a sugar free milk tea but was given a wrong item. The store refused to re-make one for me because they insisted that I had to request it on the same day. But the problem is I ordered it roughly an hour before they closed, and I also didn't drink it immediately. Comparing with other bubble tea shops, Yifang provides much poorer customer experience.

Food: Ive always ordered at this location and they always make my boba perfect. This was the first time I went in in person. Boba was good! Very refreshing.Service: to order it is self service. There is a touch screen pad where you can order your boba or snacks. If you are an introvert this is a dream! Lol the only time the workers talk to you is when they call out your number. Which I don't mind at all.Ambiance: the place is cute! Enough seating for maybe 10 people at most inside. They were playing cute music. I liked it!I will always recommend yi fang locations. The boba is really good not too sweet!

YiFang serves a variety of Taiwanese teas and snacks. My favorites are the Mango Pomelo Sago and Super Trio Milk Tea. There are milk replacement options and many topping additions and customizations available. Service is quite impersonal- ordering is done by tablet and there is little acknowledgement of the customer besides calling the order number.They will usually prop open the front door on nice days, but when it's not, there isn't much ventilation causing steam (presumably due to tea brewing) to build up in the air and is very visible on the windows. I've found this location runs out of ingredients quite a bit, so your drink of choice might not always be guaranteed.

This location has very poor service and fruit has been spoiled and the tea tasted sour like it’s been fermented. I have given this place a chance few times and it’s always an issue with unfriendly staff.

Fast service. Normal price for this type of tea. The atmosphere is cozy. I didn't have to interact much with people. The drink was yummy.They have selections that you cannot find in other shops of this category like the Yokurt Passion fruit drink or the Mango Sago drink. All tasty! I am spelling it so wrong but I hope the point was there.
