food was exceptional. I ordered the sausage, lambchop and quail with vegetables. All were cooked to perfection. Service was great, atmosphere is understated elegance, acoustics are good. I could hear my tablemates speaking! A rarity these days. Highly recommend.

We are always thrilled to get to go to Zion when in town. This last visit, I had a pear wrapped pasta, creme sauce and balsamic drizzle - no words to describe how delicious! Thank you lovely people at Zio Sal.
