My first time coming this Applebee's, in fact any Applebee's so maybe I was misunderstanding something about the food they. Other then that I was pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere and very attentive waiters and waitresses.

I am an Uber and Doordash delivery driver. I have been working in the Renton area for years. I have always gone to that store to pick up orders without any problems. Most of the employees have always been friendly. On the night of 02/15/25 I entered the store to pick up an order as I always do. An employee came to the door to greet me and in a very rude manner asked me if you know how to read. He told me in a very rude manner that I should not enter through that door that the instructions were specifically in the app. First of all, I find it unpleasant that said employee spoke to me in Spanish when I greeted him politely in perfect English when I arrived at the store. Was he judging me by my appearance? I want to make it clear that I do not deny being a Hispanic person, but if I am entering a place and I speak in English, the correct thing is for the person to respond to me in English, this being a place of customer service. Secondly, after I was surprised by such a rude surprise on the part of the employee. He asks me in an arrogant, sarcastic and rude way: Don't you speak Spanish? Can't you read...? Maybe in English it doesn't sound so rude, but in Spanish and the way he addressed that person, believe me, it feels very rude. I want to point out that although I am not a regular customer of the store, as a delivery person I am occupying the place of the customer. Therefore, they should treat me with at least the least respect. And if the new company policy is really to treat delivery people as if they are worthless, then simply stop working with delivery apps, because if we are worth so little in the work we are providing them, it is because they do not need us. Or am I wrong?

So I order two of the 9.99$ deals combo with drinks.. to go, give them good tips.. after that I waited 25 minutes to come to find out it didn’t come with drinks.. I asked to talk the manager he said I have to specify that I want a, Drink With My combo that comes with a drink included.. its a fountain drink don’t cost them more then 1$ with cup and lid.. bad service I’ll give the 0 stars if i could. If you forgot the drinks just say , I forgot your drinks . I’ll bring them up. Don’t try to blame the customer.

Went on Valentines day with our family! Super disappointed. The food terrible! Steak is not even compared to my steak cook at home and just taste like plain meat. Also the chicken skillet is half size and burned! The cocktail way to much water and syrup. The atmosphere not that great . Door is confusing to take out and dine in only. Service is not good as well. Not even ask how food is good or not. Just an less than hour spent there . Won’t be back!!

I have been ordering kids meals over a decade but tonights food was not cooked and my kids didn’t like to eat food use to be delicious but recently food is very dry not tasty please get back to the original Applebez thanks
Salmon over cooked, extremely dry, no flavor; broccoli microwaved no taste, mashed potatoes taste like poorly made instant no flavor, no seasoning. Awful. Can't possible have a cook on premises. Everything tasted out of a box or instant. Super disappointing.

Everything was great.... Until the bartender told us to change our conversation because she didn't like it, even though others were not bothered by it not was the bar are out surrounding area filled. Even though we had good vibes! But besides that it was great!

Pretty basic American ambient. I recommend it for a casual, relaxed and super kid friendly environment but with a sport o bar atmosphere. Food is ok. What stands out is their service and cleanliness. Also they open late so that’s also a plus.

came here for an interview just to have the host tell me “he’s the only one here and he’s cooking, he needs you to reschedule” how unorganized can the manager be that he can’t even call someone a head of time? completely unprofessional and disappointing. thanks for wasting an unemployed persons time and gas. do better. if management is that unprofessional i can’t imagine how unprofessional the business is ran.
