I ordered a large cheese curds and they mistakenly gave me a regular. They offered to make me my large but I was late to get back to work. Bruce told me he'd be there all night so when I got back a few hours later him and I think Ben (?) ended up getting me my large and a bunch of sauces. Made my night. Thanks guys!!

Food wasn't brought out for 40 minutes. Went to counter and and they had the food sitting in a bag on a counter for some reason, but left off the fries and Mac and cheese that was ordered. When asked to provide them, was given two fries and no Mac and cheese. The manager never made an appearance to apologize or explain.

I’m 8 months pregnant and have been craving root beer, so I purchased the $10 A&W mug for unlimited refills. I’ve also used valid coupons for free small root beer floats that were advertised right on the store window. Unfortunately, one employee (Louise) has repeatedly shamed me for using these promotions, making comments that I “drink too much root beer” and that I’m “making the company go broke.”
His remarks were embarrassing and humiliating, especially as a pregnant woman just trying to enjoy a simple treat. When I told him his “joke” wasn’t funny, he became defensive and later refused to let me get my refill in a plastic cup—something other staff had always allowed. When I went in to speak with the co-manager (refused to give her name), she brushed it off and refused to share any contact for higher management.
I left feeling humiliated, uncomfortable, and completely unwelcome at a place I had genuinely enjoyed visiting. I hope corporate looks into this and ensures customers—especially expectant mothers—are treated with kindness and respect.

My gf and i drove out of our way to come here after a trip we had to canada and we missed getting A&W up north. To our surprise the states dont have single A&W Locations as this was a KFC hybrid however the amazing service from Marcus and Louise and amazing food made the drive well worth it normally fast food places only get a review if the food is bad. The expierence my girlfriend and I had was by far a quality worthwhile expierence.
