Every time I come here I’m disappointed. This most recent time I waited extra long for extra meat on my tacos and I got less meat then normal ? they forgot my pico de gallo. And I pretty much paid extra for a bunch of stuff I didn’t get. Over priced. And disappointing.

This birria place it’s sooooooooo good, I’ve tried good birria before but this one is way better, and the consomé ? you definitely have to try this, and the lady on the register is so nice and helpful.

Absolutely delicious! Nothing fancy, just really good homemade food. Their spicy salsa will warm you up on the coldest days. May seem like a small portion size for the cost, but I'm fine with giving them my money. My tummy is happy.

I asked for a horchata she acknowledged me and still forgot it but somehow 5 tacos ends up being 20$. I literally had no time to argue with someone incompetent. So i left but will never be back. First and last time. TINY tacos at that, there is a taco truck by am/pm in renton on rainier thats WAY better and better prices

We have had birria tacos elsewhere but decided to try this food truck for lunch as it's closer to home. We got birria tacos and birria & cheese tacos. We got the combos that came with consomme. I liked the cheese and birria ones better than just birria. The consommé was yummy and flavorful and I liked all the cilantro on the tacos. We got a side of rice and beans and they were mediocre at best so I will not get that in the future. We'll definitely be back to get them again and try some other things!
So I always pass this truck all the time and is the only truck in the area that sells the queso birria tacos with consome. And it hits so good!! They give you a small cup of consome, and two cheese tacos. The consome was very rich and comforting with flavor. I like to add extra lime to both the taco and the consome and then leaving the lime slice in the broth for more of a bold flavor. The tacos were perfectly sized and two is just enough, I wish they added more cheese on the outside of the tacos in between the other layer of tortilla to make it look super cheesy. It's very filling and delicious when you dip the tacos in the broth and it gives it much more of a nice rich flavor! There is other places in the state you can get this at but this is very close to home and I'm loving it!

Tacos were 9.50 and they were really small!!!There was barely any cheese at all and lady was not the nicest. We also got one sauce for the entire order. Birria was okay but I'm never going back again.

I used their online order platform and placed my order at 1:41pm(fyi you pay in person so filling out your address for payment is a waste of time) I arrived at 1:58. The woman seemed surprised and took my payment. She then told me 5 minutes for my food. It's now 2:17 and still no update on my food. Seems like they had just started it when I paid, which negates the point of ordering ahead for us workers on a short lunch break. I wouldn't have minded it taking longer but they should have been honest about the timeline I could have easily gone down the street to pick up my Target drive up order in the meantime had I known it was going to be at least 10 minutes(notice how reasonable I am about at least being given an inaccurate 10 minutes timeline estimate?I've been waiting 27 minutes at the time of this edit 2:25). I didn't go cause she said 5 minutes and didn't want my food to get cold had I ran that quick errand. My lunch break will be over when I return to work by the time I get my food. I'm going to stick to Birrieria Monerca for take out orders. To add when I got there it was completely dead and I was taking a late lunch so we'll past the lunch hour peak rush. 2:20 I asked for an update all I got is my food is coming. I don't care how good it is, I don't appreciate my time being wasted. I only ordered two plates as seen in my photo I will post. Once I try my food hopefully before 2:30 I will update regarding taste. Update I got my food at 2:28 around the same time two ladies who arrived 5 minutes after me had ordered at the window so I suppose my hypothesis of my food not being prepared when I input it online ahead of time is correct. These ladies ordered more than myself as well. The first glance my order is correct which is good however for the prices that they are charging which is about $3 per taco the size is very small street taco size at the other two birrera places I've been which is in Tukwila and white center the size at least standard tortilla size. I'm going to have to get a measuring tape and weigh it for comparison. I recommended 1 consome for 6 tacos is enough. The tacos were mildly seasoned not plain nor salty and the consome was flavorful to compliment the tacos. The cheese I could tell was a basic preshredded mozzarella instead of Queso Oaxaca which is traditionally found on this style of taco but to their credit they don't advertise as having Queso Oaxaca. Would I return here? Not for the price and wait time. I'll stick with Monerca for my Birrera taco fix you can check out my profile for that review when I get to it. Portions are listed via photos and size is 4 inches in diameter.Taco without cheese is .6 of an ounce which is depressing for the cost not even a full once with the tortilla!Taco with cheese is 2.6ozConsome is 7oz(container accounts for .3oz negligible)(I made sure to tare my scale for accuracy)

I got the quesabirrira tacos con consome and regular beef street tacos - it was delicious!!! I got my order in a decent amount of time. I will definitely be back.
