They didn’t put espresso in the latte I ordered. $10 for a cup of flavored milk. Didn’t realize until I drove away and it took 20min to get through that line the first time with only 2 cars ahead of me so I wasn’t gonna go again. So disappointed

Emerald City smoothie was closed!!! So we went to Java and the experience was amazing! From the customer service to the beautiful and delicious food and drinks this overall was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I recommend you visit Bigfoot Java as soon as possible! Trinity and Miriam are the best two employees on the team. They make my drinks quickly, efficiently, & amazingly! This is the best Bigfoot Java stand by far. The entire team at all hours of the day is amazing and fast! Excellent food rating, too!!

This experience was extremely disappointing. I was served a drink made with expired oat milk, and the matcha flavor and consistency were noticeably off. When I went to another location to address the issue, I was told I had to return to the original store instead of being helped. At that point, I ended up paying for another drink just to avoid more inconvenience. Serving expired milk is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability made this experience even worse.

Love Bigfoot java. Best coffee around and always friendly service. They dont take cash so keep in mind. Though they will sell u a gift card and you can use that to pay if you only have cash.
I love the drinks and friendly baristas here, but my visit today was disappointing. A barista with red hair and a Miffy clip seemed irritated throughout our interaction. It also seems like i’m not the only one to have experienced a negative interaction with her. I understand having a rough night, but there's no need to take it out on customers just trying to order. Other than her, the other baristas have been kind and the drinks come out great!

My favorite coffee shop in all of Washington! They have the most delicious coffee and red bulls here. I recommend getting the Sasquatch Cereal if you’re looking for coffee and a Rainy Day if you’re looking for redbull! They also have delicious sandwiches
