Ordered in-person from their food truck and the food was disappointing overall.Flavor of the burger patty was pretty good and well-seasoned (addict burger). However, the buns and fries were soggy when I ate them a few minutes later. Flavor was alright on them though.Hopefully, it tastes better at their restaurant.

We ordered from the food truck in the Parks neighborhood in Fairwood tonight. My burger was cold, raw in the middle, and my wife asked why her burger was so small? What a disappointment. My biggest regret was not taking photos to share!

This was the most best burger we’ve had in years I order doubles and they were almost to big they actually look like the pictures in fact I’m heading there in a little bit .

First burger was delicious but that’s it! This place is extremely inconsistent! Second time, no salt and soggy from grease. I decided to try one more time and the owner placed my burger on its side, so the greasy seeped out of the bag and onto my car seat. While I was waiting for my burger, the owner kept talking and spitting all over the place. Spit from his mouth even drooled onto his shirt. He just rubbed it into his shirt like it was no big deal and kept cooking! I was disgusted, I didn’t know what to say. I just threw that burger away. Owner didn’t even use hand sanitizer or wash his hands after that. Not even an apology. If he wanted to stay open for business he needs to keep himself sanitary and also WEAR A MASK! He has a very negative attitude and doesn’t stopcomplaining about his business declining. But he’s so gross. He may use quality meat but he’s a very filthy person himself. WEAR A MASK AND LEVEL UP YOUR PERSONAL HYGIENE!

Me and my girlfriend went there last night and spent 40 dollars on 2 burgers called the hole hog still waiting on the hog the hamburger are terrible it did not cover the bun it was a rip off with a little bits of under cooked bacon and the fries are terrible I will never go back

Burger lacked flavor, was over cooked and tiny. Bacon on the burger was great. Ordered fries and got super greasy tater tots. Not worth the money. Owner/operator was super nice.

Pretty pathetic looking burger if you ask me. I’ve actually eating here a few times before they got what seems to be evicted from their restaurant on maple valley. I ended up Turing around and driving to the food truck I was craving a good burger. That’s not what I got though. Instead I got a small smashed up, dry burger with the smallest amount of fries that were extremely salty.. even for me. Ordered standing in the rain, they apparently ONLY take cash even though the food truck is advertised to accept all types of payment. This meal cost me $20. This is a sorry existence of what used to be a great burger joint. I would avoid this place at all cost. I won’t be back that’s for damn sure.
Owner made racist comments about Asians and the business next door to him. Can’t stay quiet when people talk like this. The burger was fine, but I certainly won’t be back.

The people here are very nice, but the burgers just aren't good, especially considering how expensive this place is.Edit: according to the owner's response this is my only review in North America. They may be nice, but they're not good at doing research. They couldn't be bothered to look at the reviews I've left all over the Seattle area prior to the trip around Asia ??

Delicious ? thin onion rings were to die for and perfectly cooked they stayed in the ring with every bite! The burger had no cheese the way I ordered it but you couldn't tell. My taste buds are happy. Can't wait to see them at their newest venture! No pictures cause it didn't last long enough.
