The lady work at the counter demonstrated very poor customer service today 2/17/25 around 5:30 pm
She gave me the food with single work “ here”
And turn around
I waited 3-4 minutes and ask her about a cup for drink as I ordered whopper meal
She turn around and give me a paper cup without smile or apology
later I finger out that could not get the drink without a code - minutes later I asked her - can I have the code for drinks
She looked at me without smile or apology the say the number 1….. then turn around
Will not come to buy burgers if she still work at the front

Started out bad in the drive thru as the young woman was giggling and almost impossible to understand. Then my hamburger did not come as ordered, was barely warm, and the bun was stale. Parked and went inside to get a refund. No apology but eventually got my money back. And finally, the long red fingernails on the man who handled the refund are gross for any food service job.

Manager CHRIS here is the problem. Clearly not trained or just doesn’t know how to do the job. Two times in a row now they have forgotten items in our DoorDash order. This third time now they messed up a sandwich. CHRIS doesn’t even know how to read the order under question. If he doesn’t know what he’s doing it’s no wonder the staff doesn’t get the orders right. We call this the blind leading the blind! Never once did he apologize for forgetting my child’s food. This guy should not be in leadership he should be cleaning the restrooms.
