This place has the best wings i have ever had in the Seattle/tacoma corridor. Not small wings, absolutely perfectly crispy. I dont like over sauced wings and always have to order at certain places extra crispy (which sometimes leads to over cooked). This place, from my experience, has the perfectly done without asking for any modification. Lemon pepper was my favorite, basic salt and pepper were just as good. I am not a fish sauce enjoyer but my buddy made me try them...i...
FYI if you go right when they open at 4pm, you still have to wait 30-45 mins for the fish sauce wings to be ready. But I would wait every time. And I’m not a patient person, but for these wings, I will be.
Coming from someone who is extremely picky on chicken in general and typically just don’t like most restaurants chicken wings, these chicken wings are 10/10. So freaking good. The type where I’m still thinking about them after I finish. Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors. We got the lemon pepper and spicy asian chili (which was my fav). The wait was a lil long but it was worth it in the end.
