The restaurant is clean and presentable by itself. The service here, on the other hand, is horrible- both the customer service and the food. They do not give customers hot and fresh food at all. I am afraid to address this because I would not want anyone doing anything foul to my food. With the customer service, I not saying that any one has to keep a smile on, but to at least be generous and understanding. The mornings are okay for me, but the evening shift lacks customer service skills, generosity, kindness, freshness of food and grace with each customer.

Even at 6 am, they provide great service and attentive to my order. The food is always delicious and get me going to start my day. 5 stars!! ⭐️
Our recent experience was extremely disappointing. The manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional when we politely requested a refund due to all of our meals being served cold. Instead of handling the situation appropriately, she became visibly upset and confrontational. This level of service is unacceptable and made the entire visit unpleasant.

*update* To try to fix the problem they send you to an automated system to ask you questions which further confirms what I said there is no quality in this place.. Frist time going to carl's jr and last time. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, got something that looks like microwaved bar food. The piece of chicken tasted like it had been sitting on the counter somewhere and they decided to microwave it and give it to me. It also was not the spicy chicken that I ordered it was regular and the sandwich itself was tiny,smashed flat, and soggy.. will not try Carl's Jr again.. No kind of quality control at all.
