I waited at the drive-through for 6 minutes as people were clearly walking around in the restaurant, but no-one took my order. When I pulled up to the window to complain that I'd been waiting, the person at the window told me I was lying and that she served someone two minutes ago. She had absolutely not. I had waited to give them the benefit of the doubt since they were doing something, but that was completely inappropriate and a disrespectful response. I left and went to Jack in the Box across the street. I expected better, and I hope this location does better training for how to behave towards customers.

Keep an eye on how they prep your food. Most places put paper Down then put your buns on the paper and customize your burger.This place on 2 occasions they took the burger patty and placed it directly on the prep table, put the bun on the prep table where they just dragged the burger across assembled the burger THEN placed the burger on the paper wrapper.

Went there to eat and tried the new sourdough burger was good but looks like they just smashed together fries were cold. And workers. Cashier were rude I even order door dash second day fries were really cold like seriously would you eat cold fries and learn how to make the burger better I use to work there and when I did I made sure burger were on point these guys need to get it together really

Look man, it's fast food, so it's not amazing. I usually hit this spot up in the early morning. I don't normally order breakfast stuff so the burgers I get in the morning are almost always hot off the grill. I think maybe one time I ordered something and it tasted a little old, like it had sat for maybe a few hours. But it's fast food and it's decent. My food has never been thrown together like a sloppy mess, as is the case with most fast food these days. I got a burger at 630 one morning and opened it up, I was like damn this looks like the food in the commercial. Even if it is just a fast food burger, the people here take pride in their job.The reason for the five stars is that the people in the drive through, especially in the early morning, are always nice. There is one Spanish lady in particular that is always friendly. The little things go a long way man. Please and thank you, they always say it. Really like the people that work there when I go.
