It was not the cheese steak that I grew up with no flavor never had a cheese steak with lettuce and tomatoe for 18 dollar's do better

Like the old school

Tried their boneless chicken wings… not good at all. Heavily breaded and I don’t think the meat is “wings”. Too dry and processed. Flavor of buffalo wings was also flat… just sour and spicy … no depth. Forgettable.

Just go to the one in the mall there wings are hard as a rock and hard eat at the mall there wings are perfect and juicy lol and I asked for lemon pepper wings I barely tasted any lemon pepper I spent about 60.00 and was dis satisfied that I didn’t just go to the one in the mall

On the menu board it says 13.99 for a sandwhich, a drink, and a fry. I stopped going there (I used to go every single day) because the workers started charging me $4 for a drink and $3 for a fry seperate. I am confused as to why the advertising doesn't show the price with the drink and fry added. I wouldn't have minded paying $20 for a sandwhich fry and drink if the quality of the food didn't go down. The nuggets used to be crispy and hot but now they look like off brand Mc donalds nuggets and are lukewarm.
I will start going again once the prices drop OR the food gets better.

Very poor customer service. The employee name Albert is very rude and unprofessional. Never going back.

My girlfriend had to work and we were in a hurry did we stop here to get a Philly cheese steak that looked really good but then when we ordered our food and got it it was extremely dry and not worth the money I wouldn't go here again waste of time especially if you're trying to get your girlfriend something quick to eat before she has to go to work

Ordered thru GrubHub. Food had no warmth to it. 100% cold. That is probably on GubHub. What is on Charley's is the nasty dry as a bone lifeless sandwich. Totally terrible food. Once I reheated the fries in the air fryer they were pretty good but the sandwich was awful.

I work for Walmart so it’s definitely a plus for me. Ordered me the Philly cheese steak sandwich meal. Tasted so delicious. Fries fresh, maybe because I was the first customer. Customer service was good, acknowledged me when I walked up to the counter. I would definitely eat here again.

Parking: Lots of parking, but it’s a busy area.

I eat here once a week and the food and customer service have been great every single time- except a recent visit. My sandwich was a blob and far below normal standards in appearance, effort, and taste. 4 Stars for a year of great food and one star off for a bad one.

Wow. Now I know why I don't place much stock in reviews online. Charley's is a damn good cheesesteak. Nothing at all bad to say about it. The lemonade is good too. That's the problem with online reviews. The people that are satisfied don't think to leave a review, but the whiners always wanna get online and leave a bad one.I said, "no salt", and there were huge grains of salt on my margarita.

Lady over charged me. I asked for a large combo somehow received a regular but was charged for a large meal. The communication barrier is real as the person taking my order really don’t understand what’s happening. I paid 20+ for a large meal that was regular.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while nowOrdered a 6 inch Philly sandwich and a 6 piece boneless wings …Which the sandwich was pretty alright (minus the fact that it was smaller than 6 inch )the wings were absolutely AWFUL … tasted like chewed up chicken

This was probably the most disgusting sandwiches we've ever had. Me & my boyfriend spent $47 on 2 sandwiches, some fries, & mozzarella sticks. I got the original cheesesteak & the bread was extremely soft & the meat itself was soggy. They smothered it in the Craft Singles tasting cheese & the fries were super soggy too. They didn't even put the buffalo chicken on my boyfriend's buffalo sandwich. They plopped it in the middle so he had to use his hands to actually put it on the bread. His chicken was super dry. We literally could not even finish eating the food because it was truly that bad. We ended up wasting almost $50 & eating something else
