This Chick-fil-A is slow, the food doesn't taste fresh, and the drive-through manager is rude. On multiple occasions I've ordered an ice cream cone from here and it tastes off, like plastic almost? The soda also has an off taste to it. This is all compared to the south Center Chick-fil-A, where I never have any of these issues. If you could make the drive to the south center Chick-fil-A, do it.

All staff are courteous and we enjoy going through the drive thru. There is some construction going on in the parking lo, so it is congested. Our order taker was so nice and asking if we needed any extra sauce, not like other places. Food was hot and delicious and fast! We don't go often, but am happy with both food and service!

The food tasted good. The customer service was good. The drive thru was little bit hectic due to nearby construction and being busy Friday evening. It is also pricey but not so much different than other fast food restaurants. During bussy hours except longer waiting time. Overall I recommend them if you are looking for decent chicken burgers.

Love Love LOVE the one on Rainier Ave In Renton! The people are always nice, polite, respectful and have only made 1 mistake (they fixed it as well) and I have been a patron for 6 years now. Highly recommended it can be a bit of a wait but the food has always been fresh for me so it's worth it.

This was one of the nicest Chick Fil A's I've ever been to! Quality of food is amazing, it's always delicious but it was extra good here and fries were nice and salty. It's spacious and super clean inside. Very nice decoration for Valentine’s Day too.

The food is salty to me, but my kiddo is okay with it. The service is great. The ambiance is through a drive-thru. They forgot to give me a receipt.
