Tonight was my last straw with the chipotle of Renton Rainier Ave. You never know what the portions are going to be that day cause they get smaller and smaller every time I go in.
There was a group of four twenty something year old guys making a big obnoxious order and their fifth homeboy came in and cut me and the line of six people behind me to get his bowl. The employees completed the bowl and kept us all waiting.
Don’t even bother ordering through a food app. Your item will be light like a kids menu.
Y’all will never have my business again. I promise you that. The way this location is run is disgraceful.

My husband and I treat ourselves to Chipotle whenever we are working on a home remodel. The closest location for us this time was one we had not been to before. It was just ok. The service was pretty good, but the food was not up to par for what we have come to expect. We were distracted by the too-loud music and it was so cold inside, we may as well have eaten outside. The tables were not clean. We won't go to this location again.

I just went in to get a burrito at 8:38 the woman in front of me was being a little bit rude to the worker the worker was understandably upset I feel bad for her. I came up next but I wanted to mind my business so I just asked for my burrito she was pissed off and throwing stuff into my burrito very fast and unmeasured especially the hot sauce she threw way too much hot sauce on my burrito completely wet with hot sauce about five times too much I asked the other lady is she mad at me or the other woman because I didn't do anything to her I understand for being mad at the woman in front of me I was too but I'm off of a long days of work I don't have a lot of money and you're treating my food experience bad and now my burrito is disgusting it tastes like pure hot sauce. If you're going to be upset be upset with a person treating you bad not me

Had a salad and the flavor, taste & value excellent! Staff needs to go around & clean off the tabletops. Management needs to decide on doing a deep clean of the outside seating area (nice area but could use some TLC)

Two bowls and one chips & guacamole; They chips were steel “the cashier even tired one and agreed”. They refunded only the chips lol 😂 we didn’t say anything but just an fyi if we wanted guacamole you guys literally have an À la carte item called “guacamole”!
