The food was pretty good, but the meat was a bit dry. Also, it seemed like they were out of a few of my favorite ingredients. Next time I'll try going on a little earlier to see if the quality is better.

Food is good but they skimp on the portions, especially the meat. When asked for a normal size portion, they said it would cost more. Otter locations load you up, the Covington location is lacking on the portion size.

I haven’t been to a chipotle for 7 months. I was a die hard fan for years until I saw prices increase, portions decrease and quality decrease. Not this location in particular but many across Washington, Arizona and Illinois. I was hesitant to stop in based on the reviews, but glad I did. Got proper portions, no uncooked rice and well seasoned chicken. For the first time in a while I am satisfied with my meal from chipotle.
