I used Christies Catering to cater a surprise birthday party for my wife. This was my first time using a catering service. I lucked out by choosing Christies. They walked me through a menu which included a cheese, vegetable, fruit and meat tray, shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, rolls, cooked vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes and braised short ribs. She made everything we had agreed on and more. My wife and our guests raved about the food. I highly recommend Christies catering. Christie and Teanna are the nicest people to work with. I will use them again! Thank you for a great meal and event.
