SO SMOOVE ENT
Brisket not juicy very dry and hard , greens smelt good but they were not tasty, overall service I give them a one-star the lady taking the orders was not too friendly on top of that I asked could have a sample the potato salad she said we don't give samples away here lol, I have been seeing this barbecue truck for a while now and decided to give it a try since it was black owned this is definitely a no return ??

He throws in 3 huge logs and hits it with a Texas match, overtemping the pit, resulting in a dry product.

Well I was finally in the area since they are closed on Sundays and Monday's. My husband loves their hot links and Ribs. Hands down one of the best BBQ joints we've tried. Would have been a 4 star at first based on food. Because initial conversation Customer Service was a little rude. But when food was ready the gentleman made it better by letting me know to pre order over phone. Prices are a little high but worth it. Made with love. Will be back again

Still the BEST PULLED PORK SANDWICH I have ever had. First time was what 7 years ago....I thought gee about 10 bucks...is that high...WELL I was STILL enjoying it the next day for lunch. It was HUGE. Totally worth it. In fact tastes so good I'd pay more. Over the years Clyde and his wife have done a fantastic job. Even had a big fire damage year or so ago...but they made it though that BIG PROJECT. MY SYSTEM / SUGGESTION is buy the Pulled Pork sandwich for NOW...then get at least a pound(if they have enough) for several meals at home. I say I share some with friends....but they have to be special friends...it is so good it is hard to give it up. I warm it up and put a pile on a salad. Gad...when I make the salad I am popping fork fulls into my mouth....you know like hot chocolate chip cookies where you are supposed to let them cool for dessert.??.? no where did this 4 cookies go?It is a ways for me to drive down Rainier from I-90 area...BUT so worth it. Never a problem parking ...right there or over next door at MaClendons Hardware...where you can find anything during your easy wait. ALWAYS such a nice family affair. Thanks Clyde and April. Love, Brogan from Seattle....gad my mouth is watering and it is almost midnight and HAD dinner already.

I waited 30 minutes for 1 sandwich with 1 side. However, after I started eating I forgot all about the wait! That was day 1. It was so good I came back the next day and repeated my order. It was a 10 minute wait and the food was excellent again. In all fairness I will state that a smile goes a long way when taking a customer order.
Loved the taste, smell and kind service. Enjoyed the food so much, only down side is it's far from my home but worth the drive. The Mac n cheese, Greens and candid yams are the best....

The food is pretty good but the service is the absolute pits! I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I understand it can be difficult and I would give them the benefit of the doubt but it has been consistently bad the last three times I have gone there and spent $30 or more. So not again. Very rude, no hello or even a THANK YOU.

Worst bbq I ever had. Couldn't even eat the brisket me and my kids spit it out it's nothing but fat. The Mac and cheese is okay. Collard greens had no flavor. Waste of 25 dollars.

Not really a fan. I’ve tried it several times over the years and was only pleased with the brisket sandwich and the Brunswick stew which is fire! I knew someone who swore by them and kept taking me so I kept giving it a chance but the sides were pretty inconsistent and the meat has been dried out or tough too many times. Lastly every time I’ve gone the wait time is crazy long and the parking lot is insane to get in and out due to their location. I always say man I hope it’s gona be worth it this time but it often times wasn’t worth the wait. Haven’t been since last year but tried a good amount of the menu trying to see what they saw in it but as mentioned before I could only really get into the stew and the chopped brisket sandwich.Parking: Extremely hard to get in and out of this parking lot smoothly. With the other businesses in the parking lot and the truck taking up a good amount of space it doesn’t leave much for the customers to work with.
