An actual cozy cafe to sit and chill at. Comfortable chairs and tables. Good coffee and lattes. Very nice people working here!! I don't know why anyone would go to Boon Boona when this exists.

Instead of a hi, I was asked it this order was to go. I didn't feel my blackness was welcomed but I wanted to try their selection so I endured the service.

The cupcake case had a lady bug in it flying around inside with the cupcakes. They are good luck so I proceeded with my purchase. Mistake; flavorless pink cupcake, peanut butter cookie is horrible and cant taste the peanut butter and she used her bare hands to serve my cupcake and put the sprinkles on top. There were gloves but she didn't use them.

Better customer service is needed from the blonde haired lady and respect. I support small business, women business not just black business but this bothers me because I have waited so long to support and this is what I get. Well wishes on the improvements and much success to the demographic you are trying to reach.

3/31/25. Came in for a Pistachio latte, & it was PERFECTLY made! One of the best I've ever had, not sickening sweet. I didn't partake, but the cupcakes and baked goods looked delicious. The staff was friendly & happy. Love to see employees that enjoy their jobs! Nice seating areas, things to read available. Would definitely come back for another latte. Might try a honey/lavender latte next visit.

Came across this cute, cozy little spot while walking around in Renton! The barista and cashier working were friendly and welcoming. The drinks came out fast and were yummy. The pastries here were awesome - the banana bread, and cupcake were moist and perfect amount of sweet. The cafe js a cozy place to hangout and a good environment. I will definitely stop by again if I’m in the area!
