Yummy cookies heated to perfection. Something for everybody. I dont like all the cookies but id be surprised if someone didn't like any of their cookies.

I am a Crumbl convert after I had my very first Crave cookie. I never looked back. But now I am because I was just told that the flavors are only going to be changed EVERY 2 WEEKS now⁉️
What?!?! No. Just no. This is horrible. How boring. I'll be getting my weekly cookies from CRUMBL again now because I love having a consistent variety. Until Crave goes back to weekly flavor changes, I won't buy a single cookie from them in protest. Not even my absolute favorite ones.
Not that my order from a singular customer will matter to them in the least bit.... It's the point. If you feel the same, stop reading about it and post/review about it so they will see how many of us hate this change. Strength in numbers.

I use to tell everyone about this place for good cookies and the best part was they changed weekly. I have a reminder in my calendar to check back every Friday. Today, I noticed they had the same ol cookies from last week. I called and they are “trying something new” to have the same cookies for two weeks. Boring. They use to advertise they changed every Friday. Now it’s just every other. So they will have the same 6 flavors of cookies for 14 days. I need to go back to crumbl. At least they have variety

Love that they have a drive thru. We got the 10pk cravelits and they’re the perfect size chocolate chip cookie. Also loved the cranberry crush loaded soda. Can’t wait to return.

I ordered a box of six and in that box of six I ordered the Dubai cookie and it looked nothing like the picture on the website. It wasn’t even the same shape. It tasted like a two day old croissant with hard chocolate in it. There was barely any pistachio cream. I had to pay three dollars extra for this cookie that was not a cookie. It was not worth even the regular price of the cheaper cookies.
It was so great to see a Crave cookies open in to our area. The flavors have all been great! The cookies are not as overly sweet as the other chain cookie store. By far this is our favorite place to go for cookies!

My family, we love the 10-pack of mini cookies! There are four of us and the mini-cookies are perfect so that we each get a good taste. I don't know what kind of chocolate they use in the mini-cookies but it is so smooth and creamy. It hits the spot and they are always warm and soft when we've gotten them.

My daughter introduced me to this cookie shop. This was my first time in. Not knowing what to expect there was a nice simple selection of cookies to choose from. My daughter thought it would be nice to get a few. There is a large parking lot out in front and the business is easy to access. The store was very clean and organized with friendly staff.

Service was friendly and prompt. Chocolate chip was meh but the brookie was life changing. Cookies are served warm and have a nice texture (crispy outside and soft center -not undercooked). I didn't realize they also had a fancy soda menu. I don't like soda and sweets together but this might interest someone else.
