The woman named "Dalena" who checked us out at 8:15pm on 3/18/25 was amazing. 10/10 customer service. She deserves to get her tips back! Management, if you're reading this, bring back the tip jar. I would love the opportunity to tip your hard-working employees!

Google said their open. And why do this if you're actually closed? It's cause they're open. Only open stores block drive through. I understand this behavior 5 even 10 min before close but this was 40+before closing.

Okay I went over board... I had a banana split and a peanut buster parfait... I had a very severe sweet tooth... Dairy Queen is always a beautiful quick fix... Long live the queen...!!!

This place, most times, the service is courteous but all the negative experiences are memorable and just downright disappointing.

Time and date of visit: 6:50PM on 9/10/2024 (per the receipt).

First disappointment:
The staffer who approached the counter, per the receipt, Parker, had zero greeting. Just walked up to the register and just starred at me like I was inconveniencing him. Paid, got the receipt, nothing else said and went back to his drive-thru duties.

Second disappointment:
This feels like a downright scam to me to be honest: I ordered two combo meals and ALSO ordered two Blizzards on a buy one, get one free coupon. Little did I know, by ordering the two Blizzards on a buy one, get one free offer, it cancels the drinks on the combo meal which, I should state, are still full price regardless. To me, if I'm paying full price for two combo meals and full price for a Blizzard treat, that I literally get what I pay for? The staffer there, when I ask where the drink cups are verbatim goes, "You ordered two Blizzards and those replaced your drinks..." What a total and complete scam.

Third disappointment:
The (425) 227-7118 phone number, does anyone answer it? I was hoping to make a phone call, talk to the manager and get clarification because I basically believe I got scammed on a coupon. And if I didn't, shouldn't I be assured there will be some form of resolution since they stole a few dollars from me as a result of this transaction.

TO THE "OWNER" WHO REPLIES TO THESE: Rather than apologize on here and "hope" I return. Do me and everyone else here a favor and give me a phone number so people like me can have an actual discussion rather than your empty platitudes. Realize the issues and do what is right for the consumers, and like me, if they were wronged, apologize and provide real resolve.

Ordered last night through Uber Eats, and the *entire* order was wrong!! In fact, it seemed like it was mixed up with another customer's. I ordered a Mini Pumpkin Pie Blizzard and they gave the Uber driver *two* bags (the first clue that it was wrong) -- one contained what appeared to be chicken tenders and the other had a large Coke, large Mint Oreo Blizzard and large Butterfinger or Snickers Blizzard...None of which I ordered!!!

When I called the store (twice), no one answered, so I ended up having to leave a poor review and request a refund through Uber.

The customer service and the quality has definitely gone downhill at this location. The fact that numerous other reviews state that staff mess up customer orders over 50% of the time says something. And it's not good.

Service sucks. I was here at 7::15pm and stood in a line 3 deep and no one came over to help with the counter. Finally after several minutes of waiting, I asked if anyone was working the counter and a woman (looked like a supervisor) responded back on a curt, “We’re all busy and someone is working the counter”.

I wonder if this is how Dairy Queen teaches its employees? It would’ve taken a second to acknowledge us waiting that, “Someone will be with you shortly, thanks for your patience” instead of a rude retort.

I’m not coming here ever again!
