I went here four days ago and the guy named Brandon that was working at the drive thru window had great customer service and he was so nice! Thank you Brandon! Also, the onion rings were cooked perfectly. I usually go to the other dairy queen in renton since I live closer to that one and every time I go there they overcook my onion rings. I will be going to this dairy queen only from now on instead of that one. The staff is better at this location and the food is better as well.

Went through drive-thru with my dad and the boy taking our order was quick and very nice, but the blonde teen girl at the window handing things out and taking payment was incredibly rude and harsh when I went to tap my phone. She shoved the cone into my hand so hard the ice cream went lopsided. And slammed the window shut after basically yelling “Have a good night”.

The woman named "Dalena" who checked us out at 8:15pm on 3/18/25 was amazing. 10/10 customer service. She deserves to get her tips back! Management, if you're reading this, bring back the tip jar. I would love the opportunity to tip your hard-working employees!
