Unreliable and unprofessional. I ordered a cake in store, called to verify the day before. Then the day of no cake, no writing on cake, unable to find order. I order a cake every year but I absolutely won’t at this location going forward.

The quality of food has been going steadily downhill. It has now become UNACCEPTABLE.

My wife stopped at this location and picked up some burgers and fries to bring home. For me she ordered a "Flame Thrower" combo. The fries were soggy and FLAVORLESS. The hamburger was INEDIBLE. I couldn't even eat two bites without feeling sick.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY, ALTHOUGH MY DOG LIKED THE MEAT. THE REST WENT IN THE TRASH. So much for dinner!

NOTE TO "DQ Fan Relations Team" - I noticed your canned responses asking customers to come back... DON'T BOTHER ASKING ME TO COME BACK... I WON'T!

I visited this morning and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received. A young girl took my order, and her kindness and attentiveness made my experience truly enjoyable. She greeted me with a warm smile and patiently answered all my questions about the menu.

Her recommendations were spot-on, and she seemed genuinely invested in ensuring I had a great meal. I appreciated how she checked in on me during my visit, making sure everything was to my liking. The atmosphere was welcoming, and her friendly demeanor added to the overall positive vibe of the place.
Will be coming back!

Managers are so bad at controlling the kids. I come in a few, just to see the kids getting worse at their jobs! Please fix managment so these kids can do better in their young lives.

Walked in at 8:30 with open sign on and would not serve me food,told me drive thru was open,vehicle to big and iam not giving them my money

WORST "BLIZZARD" EVER!
Friday; August 30, 2024; 7:45 PM. My wife and I came through the Drive-through and ordered two large Blizzards. The Blizzards were handed to me with lids firmly in place, I did not request this extra service and in fact I thought it was rather odd since DQ always serves their Blizzards upside down with the spoon firmly, inserted. My wife opened her Blizzard immediately and it spilled all over her because it was completely MELTED! The second Blizzard was in the same condition, so that must be why they were served with lids! We could have gone to the grocery store and purchased several cartons of ice cream for the amount of money we paid for this crap!
