You Won’t Do A Banana Split Blizzard??? Let me get this straight, you have all the ingredients for a banana split but you won’t put them into a cup, Blend it and give it to me. I said I was fine with getting charged for a Banana split, but I wanted it put into a cup and blended. The reaction on the poor girls face was complete confusion! She said that she would have to charge me for a strawberry blizzard, and then every single ingredient and they could accomplish this for me……. But the cost was over $12 for a single blizzard. I Absolutely do not understand why you canning just charge me for a blizzard, put that exact blizzard into a cup, blend it and hand it to me ?????? Whoever owns this place is either a terrible business person or a jackA$$.

I have never had a worse experience at a fast food shop. We went today and it took 30 minutes to get 4 blizzards. After 20 minutes the manager came and asked what I was waiting for and then proceeded to put the blizzards on the counter and not even notifying whose they were. Terrible service, terrible wait, terrible prices. I will never be coming back.

This store always closes way early and will leave the open lights on. The last 5 times I've come here, I've been here before they close just to see the drive-through blocked by milk cartons. It seems like the employees just don't care about anything and just want to close early and not work. Also, when they are actually open when they should be, the service is mediocre at best. The DQ in the East Highlands is leagues better.... too bad I don't live near that one anymore

My DQ is my favorite place to go get still the best burger and fries and those blizzard ice creams well I just want to say I'm so happy that DQ is the only fast food place I can eat good food and drink plus those Blizzard Ice cream they do ROCK

It's nestolgic DQ.. the lobby is always empty, employees are kinda meh, but always nice and helpful! ?Parking: Tons of parking in it's own fenced lot.
No line, totally empty. Got an "okay" rating from the health department... Decided not to eat here after all. Also, no drive thru.

Went into this location and was ignored for 10+ min..everyone was huddled in the drive thru area, theywould look my way but nobody offered to take my order. One young man was standing around with ear buds in and hands in his pockets. One yound man finally came over (after what seemed like an overly long game of not it) he acted like he had better things to do. We ordered one dipped cone and one plain of which he got the order wrong. Also had to wait another 15 min to get those... rude staff and a really horrible wait time. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location.
