I ordered two medium pizzas, Parmesan bites and cinnamon twist. This is actually my first time ordering from this place. I usually order from the one in Factoria and they’re really pretty good at their job by serving their customers the way it’s supposed to be but this location I ordered from The pizza was really dry no sauce no cheese basically just came with a few toppings on top. I called and she told me older than I can do about it and hanged up on me very poor service poor quality of food worst Domino’s Pizza ever.

There’s this short, angry girl who seems perpetually upset. She serves customers at night, but it’s always like you’re forcing her to do so. Either she feels entitled or thinks she’s doing the customers a favor.

Payed for a delivery for a 12" pizza which was honestly way overpriced. But the problem is that it never was delivered. They said order is complete and it was delivered but I never received anything and checked with my neighbors too just in case. Just stupid tbh.

Driver shows up says he doesn’t have cash and pockets 15.00 tip and pizza has zero sauce. Tried calling and just for the phone to not connect and hang up after 1 ring.

Place the order it never arrived when I called back. It said that it already had been ordered, but that is not so and then my call kept being declined. Poor service didn’t get my pizza. Waited an hour.

Placed order online, it was marked delivered and never arrived. When I try to call the store to see what happened, they hung up!!!! 0 stars will never order again
Incapable of reading online orders. Every time I order on line they ignore special instructions. I always specify pie cut and the last 5 times I pick up and it's square cut. Reason being my 87year old Mother has cut her mouth in the past because of the square cut sharp edge. Don't understand why the ignore special instructions on online orders. Don't offer special instructions if your just going to blow it off. Miss the old owners. Done with this place.

The workers seemed nice enough, but the pizza was absolute trash! I ordered a deep dish pan pizza, and on the surface it looked great. Yet, when attempting to pick up a slice, the pizza was OBVIOUSLY undercooked in the center.
My immediate thought was to blame the worker, but in reality I blame their management. Maybe the oven has different settings to adjust based on pizza type? Or maybe there is some pizza QA/QC process which should be implemented? Nevertheless, a competent manager should have been present to ensure the food order actually was made to order; thus looking (and tasting) as advertised and expected. Needless to say, I will not be coming back!

I don't know how they do it, but this Domino's pizzas always taste twice as good as some other nearby locations we've ordered from. We love ordering from here. The staff is super friendly and professional as well.
