I stopped by Double Wired Espresso and tried both the Pork Belly Banh Mi and the Traditional Cold Cut—both were excellent! The Cold Cut was spot-on: generous with pate and meats, perfectly balanced flavors, and the bread was fresh with just the right amount of crunch. The Pork Belly Banh Mi was equally impressive—the pork belly was tender and juicy with a satisfying, solid crunch that really made it stand out. I had #15 Lemongrass pork sandwich, Vietnamese iced coffee and my husband grabbed a mocha. The pork was marinated in a slightly sweet yummy sauce, lots of veggies in a roll that had a little crunch on the outside and soft inside.
