The worst experience here. The person standing outside to take our order ruined our entire day. We asked for a drink we’ve gotten at 6 different locations along the west coast in just the past 5 days! She tells us they don’t have that and it’s not a thing at DB. lol okay. So we tell her it’s okay, we’re good and start to leave. She stops us, tells us she needs to finish the order, and asks us “what do we want to put that into?” We were so confused. Umm put it into a cup? What are you asking us? She then explains that what we were asking for is just a flavor and asks us if we want a mocha or breve. Oh okay, so you do have some idea of what we’re asking for? A minute ago you told us it wasn’t a thing. If we didn’t have kids ready for the their got chocolate, we definitely would’ve just left.

Love them but this drive thru line is always long and backs up into the parking lot. They should take over the abandoned sonic next door. If you want to walk up you can but they don’t keep the outside sidewalk area very clean. It’s actually kind of gross. They have enough people working someone should be keeping the outside looking nice.

had a great experience! a blonde girl took our order and was very patient and accommodating, then we chatted with the dude at the window, he was in a light blue sweater and glasses! they were both hella nice. great coffee, quick and friendly service :)

Usually don’t do reviews but staff had great vibes and helped me out since it was my first time. The cashier recommended me a drink and when I tried to pay he said “first drink is on me. If you like it then you can come back and buy the next one.”. The drink was absolutely fire and the staff made my day. Wish there was an option to add another star.
First time visiting a Dutch Bros, I asked the guy taking orders outside for help on what I should get. He was very polite and patient, and walked me through the menu even while there was a long line of cars waiting to be helped. And, when we got to the window, the girl handing out our drinks was friendly and wiped them off before giving them to us. 10/10 experience.

I love Dutch Brothers. This site needs to have a second drive thru (one on each side) the line was so long. The coffee was worth the wait. The seasonal mudslide coffee blended drink was delicious.
