It says “open and drive here,” but many times, there’s no one there, and a sign says, “Sorry, we are closed!”
Got a chocolate mini mass which is my usual. This was my first time at this location . I have never had it taste this bitter not even drinkable. I think way too much protein powder was used. Just really really bad.
Very good, overpriced though. So I only go once a month.

Very confused because website shows they sell bowls (for all locations, not just one or two) but person taking orders say they don’t make it? Makes absolutely no sense

Not acceptable to be closed during normal business hours because you don’t pay your staff enough to have someone working. It’s pretty out of the way to drive to an emerald smoothie as it is so I won’t be coming back to this location again, waste of time. Seriously pay your staff more.
