Ray is by far the BEST employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of having make my smoothie at any of their locations.

Laina makes the GREATEST green goddess ever! She might be a goddess herself, would definitely recommend if you see her working.

The black girl who makes the smoothies here is not good, they're always foamy and watery. I'm not sure what she's not doing right but she should get re-trained. Any location I've been to I have never gotten a drink like this and every time she makes them they're like this.
First time there, place my order and paid with cash, when I left I noticed on the receipt I was charged a credit card fee.
The second time there, placed my order letting her know I’ll be paying with cash and the last time I was charged a credit card fee. The attendant said she didn’t know anything about a credit card fee. So she rang up my order and noticed there’s a credit card fee, then said we don’t normally take cash. She proceeded to take the cash but didn’t have any change and I still payed a credit card fee.
Haven’t been back since.
Nina was very friendly & engaging. A definite asset to you store.

The protein / produce is definitely not fresh. Ordered the basic Emerald, and the color was brown, instead of a purple color. The taste was as gross as it looked. Unfortunately, the vibe paired well with the final product received. Order here at your own risk of being disappointed.
I got guava sunrise from there. Ray and Nina were very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.

Ray and Nina provided excellent customer service. I didn’t know what I wanted when I walked in as it was my first time at Emerald City Smoothie, They helped me find a delicious smoothie (Berry Berry). I highly recommend
