They won’t take order for tenders unless you’re in the store. Heir reasoning is they have had complaints about food being cold. I explained I’m 10 minutes away and I don’t mind if it’s cold. Because it won’t be. But they still told me they are not able to do that. What kinda store is this. Apparently the manager doesn’t allow it. If I’m ok with my food being cold and explain that why would you not make them. Because they are petty and have an attitude

The fried chicken was ok but the chicken tenders were extremely dry. The mashed potatoes seemed to be just that, I had to add butter, cream, and salt to them when I got home to make them edible. The potato salad seemed to have been made with overcooked potatoes as it was more like potato salad flavored mashed potatoes than potato salad.

I stopped in tonight to talk to the Manager about a rude employee named Evelyn. She was there and we had an issue with her the other day over the phone. I said politely let me leave my number please have the owner or manager call me tomorrow. She says I am not taking your number they won’t call you back. She is so rude and does it with a smile. It’s really sad how customer service is anymore. Food is always great here but if I don’t get some good customer service the food isn’t worth someone being rude! I guess I will drive back out tomorrow morning and have a discussion with the owner.

The peach cobbler from this location is a disappointment. Please take notes from whoever is making the cobbler at the Federal Way location.
Wife had surgery and work got me ezells DoorDash and the woman who packed the food gave me peach cobbler that was rotten and old pumpkin pie. Whenever I’ve ordered from this ezells in Renton I’ve had problems but the one by FACTORIA MALL is WAYYY BETTER!
Everything is very tasty, hot bread, hot chicken, all super good :)

Maybe it was an off day. My very first time eating or entering Ezell's. 4 peice chicken meal, I chose 2 breasts and 2 thighs. Side of mac and cheese and corn. The 2 biscuits were the best part of the meal. Kraft mack and cheese is better tasting. I could have gotten canned corn at home. The chicken probably sat under the light for hours. It was so dry it made me choke. Good thing I had something to wash it down with because they forgot to add the sauce I ordered. I was charged a bag fee... didn't know they can charge a bag fee for a take out order. I wasn't asked.... but what are you supposed to do? Carry it all in your arms? I guess that would work since the food was only lightbulb warm and not the expected fresh and hot......I'll not be returning.

The guy at the register seems confused and seems like he has no idea what you are trying to order. I made my order and then he asked what dipping sauces and I asked for the BBQ ranch and he looked confused and said they don’t have that..although it’s on their menu. I asked if they don’t have it or ran out and he said they just don’t have it. Then I saw one of the people who handle the food eating chicken with their bare hands then touching other orders..very unhygienic. I understand everyone eats but maybe don’t eat with your bare hands touching your mouth then handle customers orders.

Gave me the wrong order (ordered in person), then when I went back 2 days later to get the Correct order they said they would give me to make up for it. They shorted me chicken! Spicy chicken does not measure up to other locations.
