Went to Ezell's last night, No Coleslaw, No Potato salad. Service was astronomical SLOW. There was no sense of urgency towards walk-in customers. I'm not sure if I will return, and the wait for a 3 piece meal and fried Ocra was over 30 minutes! 30 MINUTES! CRAZY!!!!!

Nice little spot tucked right off of Rainier Ave S in Renton.
Great customer service. 2 different employees checked in with me while I’m waiting for my food. Which isn’t even their fault as fried liver/gizzads always take longer—- they fry it to the order.
They even hooked me up with a free drink for the wait. Food came out delicious too. Best ezells around!

Love love love this chicken! And this store in particular has always been great! The chicken is usually just coming out of the fryer when i get there. But when it’s not i ask how long till the fresh chicken comes out and i wait. Trust me, it’s worth the wait if you have to! And the cashier was so nice they brought me out a basket of fries on the house while i wait! Can’t recommend this place enough! I’ll definitely be back soon ??
Ordered online for 6:00pm. Drove over, easily picked up the order, got home and everyone enjoyed a DELICIOUS dinner. We always get the Chicken Tenders. Love those with Blue Cheese dipping sauce. ???
