I ordered 2 of the 1lb chicken livers along with a dozen rolls. How does 7 make a dozen? I guess I don’t know how to add. This is my second bad experience at the store on Rainier Ave. I will NOT repeat a 3rd time. All I’m asking for is the items I am PAYING for. I didn’t think that was too much to ask for but I guess it is. So done with this particular Ezells!

Liz and Johnathan have great customer service skills and are really nice but the mexican ladies working in the back have terrible attitudes. Somebody needs to check them and tell them to stop talking about customers in spanish and staring because it’s weird.

I just ordered a pound of chicken strips and you can tell that they weren’t fresh at all. They were barely warm as if they had been just sitting in the warmer. I love Ezells but after this, I don’t know if I’ll return.

why does my half pound order of gizzards look like it’s not even a quarter pound??? this is not koo.
Old African-American with worst attitude and customer service ever. I walked in and ordered didn't realize the combos didn't come with sides he not only told me that I had to tell him he's not a mind reader. But he was extremely rude throughout the transaction. On top of him being extremely rude I get around the corner and park just to eat my food I was exhausted for the day. Just to come to find out the food was cold. All of it. It wasn't under the red light because they were about to close. I will never be back in shame on that guy for being so rude. Time for him to retire.

We picked up. New Year’s Eve. Chicken very good. Not overly breaded.
This place was horrible! Friday night and they were not prepared. My 11 year old daughter and I were going to get dinner with hungry stomachs. Food was edible but not great like their reviews say!Many sides on the menu were not available and staff didn't make us aware of until several minutes of deciding our order. Staff were not flexible in offering other options or compensation for sides we could not get. On pick up of order, argued that silverware and napkins were in bag. And forgot to provide the rolls as staff had to look at menu to remember if our 4 piece came with rolls. Staff were terrible and place was dirty. Don't go to this location! Lori
