Many people, myself included, visit here expecting lobster as advertised, only to find that it's not readily available. They bring out two trays of lobster (around 40 halves) every 15-25 minutes. If you wait in line for 10-20 minutes without eating, hoping to spend time with your love ones, you might only get one piece. They seem to prioritize having "enough" lobster throughout the opening hours, even if not everyone gets a chance to enjoy it. Considering they serve around 60-80 lobsters in an hour, compared to the 400-500 diners during busy dinner times (maximum capacity being 580), it's clear not everyone gets their share. While not everyone may want lobster, for those who do, there's no guarantee.I believe they should differentiate pricing for those interested in lobster and those who are not. Those willing to pay an extra fee should be guaranteed lobster service at their table, with a specified number of lobsters allowed.Owners should avoid profiting from customers' disappointment; it's not a fair practice.

All you can eat buffett, so many options. But quality suffers this way. The macaroni and cheese has no flavor, very watery, and unfortunately, one of the only things my picky kid would have eaten, but she said it was gross. The lobster is served half tail and crab legs after standing in lime to ensure everyone gets some. One serving per line visit. You can keep getting back in line if you want to.Dessert bar had so many options everything from cremebrule, fresh spun cotton candy, pudding, to a chocolate fountain ⛲️. Nice steamed shumai, buns, Texas rolls, again food, American, many options lots of things to try!!!They seat you, and you get it all yourself, your drink, your cutlery, which we weren't told we had to wander to find the stations. You can wave an employee with a dishcart down to take plates otherwise they let them pile up and collect them when you leave. But with a full table of 4 people only 1 extra plate makes no room. I really liked this place, only gave 4 stars bc I believe it needs some improvement in quality of some of the foods but overall a great place.Kid-friendliness: They do have highchairs avalible upon request

So , here’s the thing. The food wasn’t bad actually at all but it’s just simply not worth the wait and hassle. Paid $100 plus for 2 adults and a toddler and got maybe 2 plates because the long lines are just miserable. There was a wrapped line for lobster and snow crab legs and I noticed people were only getting one cluster. We and a few other costumers felt really uncomfortable because of the crazy stares we got , I’m not sure if big families were there but multiple times we were cut in front of by Asian families and I even noticed they got plates piled high in the line with snow crab and lobster vs regular people. People were rude . Lines were way too long. Best thing was the desserts. Other than that not worth the price

The Chinese food was good, but then the rest of the foods didn’t have flavor ? a lot of pieces with just fat no meat!the ribs had a funny taste. The best things there are fried shrimp, fried rice, sesame chicken, teriyaki chicken!

We went on a Friday... it was more expensive only because they served 1/2 lobster tails. They only brought out one tray of about 20 tails every 15 minutes. Very disappointing. But other than that, the food is good and very fresh.

A large buffet restaurant in Renton that is not cheap -35$ for lunch on a Saturday-but worth the money (especially if you can eat a lot of food in 1 meal). I would say most of the food was good (not great) except the salmon which was dry and seemed overcooked. A large variety of meat, seafood, desserts (I liked the sushi in particular)- most likely you will something you like even if you are a picky eater. Worth a try if you like buffet restaurants.
