After a long day, we headed here for a meal. The food was pretty good. Some of the frenchfries were a bit limp with sogginess. Burger was good. Out of 6 there was only one complaint about their burger- nothing substantial. Another complaint was the cost. Pretty steep for a burger regardless whether it was gourmet-ish. The largerst complaint by far was the heat inside the place. Like there was absolutely no a/c. It was quite a warm day and yet it was cooler outside than in. Makes for an aggravating meal being uncomfortable. Would I go back, nah. Would I recommend- not so much. I'm just not a burger guy any longer so take all this with that in mind. Parking is available BUT, the garage is a store or two away. So unless you've a problem w/ walking you'll be ok.

I don’t like coming to this location. It’s difficult to get to if you’re only coming to this area for food. If you’re already here for other things (like a movie) it’s not a big deal.

This is my family's absolute favorite five guys location we love it when Martha and Douglas are there because we know that they're warm energy is going to welcome us at the door and recognize us by name. And the food is absolutely phenomenal. The places of course always perfectly clean and well maintained. I always feel bad people think that they're supposed to just throw their peanut shells around and that is definitely not the case but they never let any bad energy people bring them down or change their wonderful demeanor. It is always a special experience spent at five guys when Martha and Douglas are there I can never remember the third woman's name but she's only so sweet as well. Thank you so much management please take care of them because I don't know that I could enjoy my experience at five guys without a single one of them. With love the heart family Liberty

The worst customer service ever. I came to pick up my online order, and the staff couldn’t care less, they were too busy chatting and ignoring customers. They handed me a greasy, disgusting bag. When I got home, I found the ugliest, most pathetic burger I’ve ever seen, and the fries were just thrown into the bag like trash. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

1st time going to Five Guys and am not impressed. It was expensive, had 2 burgers with cheese. 1 patty was fried crispy and other was alittle undercooked. Got my order & asked server for my milkshake and he said I didn't order 1. Dug out my receipt to show I paid & he said l "oh yeah"...again not impressed, very greasy.

Ordered and paid for a double bacon cheeseburger, expecting the quality Five Guys is known for. Unfortunately, when I got back to work and opened the bag, I found a single patty with minimal bacon and no cheese. It was a letdown, especially considering the premium price. Very disappointed with the experience.
