I am a 5 guys fan, but this one was ok, the buns for mine and my wife's burgers were dry and hard. They were a little light on the sauces as well. Fries were plentiful!!

Excellent service!! All the ladies that were there today, Martha and crew were so kind and helpful. One of my kids lost their retainer in the garbage lol. And they helped us find it. Also they were fabulous when we ordered our food. Will absolutely be back!! 🙏 Yummy burgers and fries 😊

After a long day, we headed here for a meal. The food was pretty good. Some of the frenchfries were a bit limp with sogginess. Burger was good. Out of 6 there was only one complaint about their burger- nothing substantial. Another complaint was the cost. Pretty steep for a burger regardless whether it was gourmet-ish. The largerst complaint by far was the heat inside the place. Like there was absolutely no a/c. It was quite a warm day and yet it was cooler outside than in. Makes for an aggravating meal being uncomfortable. Would I go back, nah. Would I recommend- not so much. I'm just not a burger guy any longer so take all this with that in mind. Parking is available BUT, the garage is a store or two away. So unless you've a problem w/ walking you'll be ok.

I don’t like coming to this location. It’s difficult to get to if you’re only coming to this area for food. If you’re already here for other things (like a movie) it’s not a big deal.

This is my family's absolute favorite five guys location we love it when Martha and Douglas are there because we know that they're warm energy is going to welcome us at the door and recognize us by name. And the food is absolutely phenomenal. The places of course always perfectly clean and well maintained. I always feel bad people think that they're supposed to just throw their peanut shells around and that is definitely not the case but they never let any bad energy people bring them down or change their wonderful demeanor. It is always a special experience spent at five guys when Martha and Douglas are there I can never remember the third woman's name but she's only so sweet as well. Thank you so much management please take care of them because I don't know that I could enjoy my experience at five guys without a single one of them. With love the heart family Liberty
