Genki Sushi

Food was great. I put down 7 plates and had space for more. I recommend it.

They over charged me. I got 6 plates that should’ve been 33.30 before taxes(2 red, 2 black and 2 grey) They charged me $44. $11 in taxes???? Won’t ever be going here again(that’s all before added tip)

Overall a great place. Food is mostly great, tricky because it depends on when in the day you go. Try to go around 01:00.

I use come here all the time, but it seems like they don't care about customer service at all .

Nice place to just eat alone or with friends and family. Good quality fish.

Better than Kura. This is my go to place for kaiten sushi. There was one time their rice was way too wet but never experienced that again on subsequent visits.

Went here randomly after getting off work early the other day. Mid afternoon on a weekday it was totally dead. Sat at the conveyor belt. Great food. Polite staff. Only gave it 4 stars cuz I always end up spending too much at these conveyor belt places. Would definitely go back and spend too much again though haha.

I came to this restaurant at 3pm to have a late lunch, in a hurry cause I’m just on a short break from work. The receptionist signal me to take any seat, since only 2 customers eating there.
To be comfortable, I choose the one good for 4 since I will just be in and out and be comfortable. I’m already seating and choosing food. This receptionist approached me and told me, I am not supposed to be sitting there but on a single seat by the belt. She mentioned I can take any seat.

I feel horrible for the customer service, and went out transferred to the lemon grass beside it and was treated like a queen, u know it’s pricey compared to Genki, but I AM PAYING DOR GOOD SERVICE and it’s an appetite for me. Lesson, if that ever happen to your store, in order not to embarrass your client, anyway dead hour, just tell them next time I should be in the single chair.

Super inconsistent experience here. Sushi is ok, it's fine for conveyor belt. But sometimes... There isn't any sushi. Like, the store must be trying to reduce waste and save money or something. I would go when it's busy and they are more likely to put out a full train.

Just randomly stopped by this place to grab a quick bite and it went beyond our expectation for conveyor belt sushi! I love the garlic salmon and unagi nigiri! My hubby loves the seared salmon one. Will come back soon for more!!

Love this place. Sushi is always great. My boyfriend and I go here every now and then for dates :)

Our server sat us down and told us she will come back to take orders but forgot
Had to flag her down several times but nowhere to be seen
Bunch of staff gathered the back of the restaurant chatting and ignoring customers

Had to order directly with the sushi chef because wait staff was MIA for most of our meal

Extra star is for the sushi chef otherwise this place would be a 1 star establishment

Decent food. Prices are a little high. The waiters hardly ever check back on you to see if you need anything.
