Wasn't the greatest. We had Hamachi, which was cut too thick, ruining its buttery texture. The Eel was also cut too thick. I'm a fan of getting good value, but a large cut ruins the flavor.
Edamame tasted off, almost ready to spoil? Maybe a bad frozen bag.
Overall everything was off. Didn't taste fresh.

Service was ok. Didn't ask us if we wanted ginger. Sushi was fresh, though. Music was over the top Disney movie soundtracks. Raised their prices too high.

It's your basic conveyor sushi joint. They do put labels on the items so you don't have to refer just to the menu card. The server was very nice - I asked if I could have lots of ginger and she brought two dishes (and told me her sister is also a ginger junkie). It's fast and relatively inexpensive, so we'll go back when we're in the mood for some surimi and rice.

Okay sushi at a increasingly absurd price. This place used to be rad cause it was cheap, made the just okay sushi a great time. Now it's expensive as hell, there's better experiences for the price. Can't really recommend it.

Went to Kona, Hawaii location at 7pm for dinner, website showing they close at 9pm. But when we got there around 7:20pm, , the restaurant worker told us they are closed because they don't have enough staff. They cannot seat us and we had to leave. They just made up business hours anytime they want.
We came back two days later in the afternoon, maybe only 4-5 tables were occupied, one of the server told us she will be back to seat us, after we waited 20mins, more guests came in, and another restaurant worker asked our name and phone number, told us to come back in another 30mins, we left and went to different restaurant. Your restaurant was not even close to busy, but the service is extremely bad. We will never went back to Kona location.
