I ordered sweet and sour pork to go, and when I got home I was really disappointed to find that the food was completely burnt. It wasn’t even edible. I don’t understand how this could have been missed, because it was burnt from every angle. This wasn’t a free meal, so I’m frustrated that it turned out this way.
Also, when you order food, make sure to check it before leaving the place, because it’s not worth having to go back, especially when it’s already so late.

Food was tasty but the bento is over priced and not good portion size, the waiters werent attentive and having to serve your own water made me regret tipping
Food is good, prepared quickly and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly, definitely recommend the chicken teriyaki

We had take out, but it was on time and the restaurant looks fine. The food was great. I would try them again for sure. I like that the chicken teriyaki wasnt super sweet and drowning in sauce. The fried rice upgrade was ok, it could have had a few more stuff in it. Maybe it was an off day. I also upgraded to extra meat, i couldn't really tell compared to the other plates, but it was a larger container compared to them.

I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki plate. The ambiance was good by teriyaki joint standards, and the woman who served me was very nice. She gave me miso soup with my meal and a fortune cookie for the road. The food was great; the teriyaki was tender and flavorful and the salad dressing was wonderful.

Red sauce = spicy, not teriyaki!
Most of the good reviews are old and from when Jenny used to work there. She really took good care of customers. Not so much today.
They won't get another penny of my income. It would be 0 stars if it was an option. Chicken teriyaki isn't red. I ordered chicken breast teriyaki, but the young woman told the gentleman to ask how many stars. I shook my head and said I've never been asked for stars. She insisted because she neglected to ask me for stars on the chicken and mushroom teriyaki. What I received is red and too hot for me to eat. It is not what I ordered.
I called them and they won't remedy the error. I have been a regular since 2005. This once or twice a week customer will no longer go there. It was so much better with Jenny. Know your menu. Servers what your customers order. If you screw up, your customers shouldn't have to pay for your mistake.
