The chicken was so dry and so burnt and there was only a little bit of the chicken. They literally Charge me $20 for a chicken teriyaki side of veggies and the chicken was small proportion and burned to a crisp. It looked like it had been barbecued.horrible taste too The most driest burnt chicken I’ve ever tasted in my life

I called in order for my friend to pick up is for beef teriyaki well done three extra teriyaki sauces three extra salad dressings looking at the price menus the order should never have came to $35.80 the beef was not well done it was pretty bland tasting pretty upset thinking well if it's this expensive maybe it's really good very upset not worth it at all very disappointed

The food was great at first until the 5th time I've gone I saw a hair in my spicy teriyaki didn't bother me much but it got to the point I'd go I always had a hair and she denied it saying it wasn't a hair or that I was tryna to get a free meal and wouldn't give a refund. I'd say I got a hair between 5-7 hairs
